“We travel through the US and many countries and will not be staying in a Hilton again with their new housekeeping polici”
Staff weren’t interested, just going through the motions. The apathy started at the check-in and carried on from there. Had a battle to get housekeeping to provide even the basics like making our bed daily, changing towels etc. Was told it’s Hilton policy to do it every other day. The breakfast was like a zoo - staff totally unaware or interested that anything needed replenished.

Very friendly staff at the front desk! The room, for our family of 2 adults and 4 children, was very comfortable, spacious and clean! The breakfast was great! Everything was at the highest level, I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

“Clean and comfortable!”
I love that this hotel is exceptionally clean (lobby, rooms, etc), and also reasonably priced. The breakfast was just ok, but I’m not concerned with that. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay!

The rooms are large and can easily accommodate 6 people especially since the pull-out bed has a curtain offering privacy. The breakfast is better than average. This hotel provides a lot of value for the money. Although not in downtown Charleston, the location is great since you are in between Charleston, the beach, and the airport. There are a lot of great restaurants on the same road as this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with kids at The Citadel or College of Charleston or if you are visiting Charleston for vacation or Children's Hospital.

Love the rooms, love the vibe here, its clean and bright and welcoming. The well equipped kitchens are terrific. The housekeeping and breakfast staff are so friendly and helpful. We stay with our doggies and enjoy walking the well-lit, well-maintained grounds.
