I stay at this hotel five days a week and have been doing so for several months, and unfortunately the same issue happens every week. The breakfast is never ready at the scheduled time, which is very inconvenient for guests with early work commitments. Additionally, the staff member responsible for breakfast is rude and unprofessional. This is not a cheap hotel, and the service does not match the price or Hilton standards. It is disappointing that this has been an ongoing issue for months. I hope management takes action to improve this situation.

Bed was huge, and comfortable. Bathroom toiletries were very good, especially the hair conditioner! The room size was very good, we had a junior suite though there were no plates or cutlery in the cupboards, it seemed stage to have so much cupboard space in the kitchen area which were all empty. There was a coffee machine and coffee provisions and a microwave to heat hot water up for tea. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK, not the best but there was a variety enough of foods and they even had gluten free bagels which was great. The omelettes and potatoes were really tasty. The hot water dispenser was not very hot that was my only negative about the hotel. Location. It's close to everywhere, 25 min drive to downtown, about $18 taxi ride when it's not too late. Easy to access to boone hall, isle of palms, downtown and sunmervile to the north of Charleston. Certainly great value for money.

The hotel is exceptionally clean with very spacious rooms and comfy beds. Friendly staff and breakfast a little better than typical US.

The rooms are large, the online check-in was comfortable, the breakfast was good

Staff were super nice and helpful

Room was very clean and nice. Excellent breakfast! Cookies in the afternoon exceptional Laundry facilities were so helpful! Reasonably close to shopping and dining out in restaurants

I experienced extreme difficulty due to having a service animal. I was regularly given the wrong information and was told I couldn’t leave the dog in the room for even one moment, until my last day at the location.

The staff, breakfast, and the pool were great. Great location close to downtown. we traveled with a service animal with no problems. they were great about locating and shipping a valuable item left in the room.
