Great location. Let my mom have an early check in and helped her a bunch - as she was there a day before the rest of us.

The location was excellent, close to everything. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room we received was huge and included two comfortable queen-size beds. The only downside was a window facing an internal wall; the hotel staff tried to see if it was possible to change rooms, but the hotel was fully booked.

The best Hampton Inn we stayed at on our trip throughout the Southern US. Beautiful building just one block away from the main street with the shopping. Parking around the corner. Good breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. A large room where everything works. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable. Good storage. Generally quiet (apart from some stomping on the floor from upstairs). Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location. WiFi, shower, breakfast all good, as was access to the pool.

The location of the property was fabulous, however for the price, the rooms could certainly do with an overhaul - they are somewhat tired and dated. Except for a terrible check-in experience from a very detached (bordering on rude) front desk person, our stay was comfortable. I would however like to commend two front desk managers who were the exact opposite and were extremely pleasant to deal with.

The hotel is in a great location for accessing all the sights of Charleston. It’s directly across the road from the visitor centre and one of the stops for the free bus. The hotel itself is a little older and doesn’t have some of the amenities of newer establishments. The gym is tiny and no laundry available. However rooms were large and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Our room was large and spacious. It was nice and clean and we appreciated that they had refills for shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was a lot to choose from. The hotel was just a short walk from the main street.
