When we arrived at check in time our room was not available and the guy told he did not know when it would be be ready. When I asked he should we leave go it and come just said he didn’t know and helped the next guest in line. He never said he would call me or anything. I called booking and they were supposed to accommodate me for having to wait 5 hours but didn’t. The ready of the staff was nice but one bad seed can bring your whole trip down.

“LOVED THE LARGE ROOM, DECENT BREAKFAST, CENTRAL LOCALE.”
OUR ROOM WAS HUGE, RIGHT NEAR THE ELEVATOR ON 5TH FLOOR. IT WAS CLEAN, BUT THE TOILET HANDLE WAS VERY VERY LOOSE AND IT NEEDED A NEW SHOWER CURTAIN(RIPS AT TOP). OTHERWISE IT WAS COMFORTABLE. I PERSONALLY LIKE A HARDER MATTRESS, BUT AFTER TOURING ALL DAY, I WOULD HAVE SLEPT ON A BED OF NAILS. BREAKFAST-WISH IT WENT TIL 10AM. A BETTER THAN AVERAGE ONE. SCRAMBLED EGGS THO, NO TASTE. BUT A VARIETY OF ITEMS, SO IT WAS GOOD. LOVED THE HOMADE CHOC CHIP COOKIES, THE LEMON WATER AND COFFEE BAR AVAILABLE MOST OF THE DAY. THIS WAS SORT OF CENTRALLY LOCATED TO THE HISTORICAL AREA AND THE BEACH.

“it was just ok, I probably would not stay there again.”
The room was mainly very nice, however, the toilet was very low to the floor, difficult for me and my husband who are seniors. The bathroom vanity was kind of shabby the paint job.
