This Charleston Comfort Inn is within 18 minutes' walk of Historic Downtown Charleston and 2.3 km from College of Charleston. There are free hot water and coffee at the entrance, which is perfect for me. And microwave in the room is convenient. Staff are really kind and nice.

“Fair but for this prize you would expect a bit more.”
The room was clean and well equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, microwave and a big flat screen TV. The staff was pleasant although not overly engaging.

Good value for a weekend stay in Charleston where other hotels in the historic district are expensive. The free bus was right outside and as I didn't want to drive this was the perfect option or order an Uber for less that $10 to get to the French quarter etc.

The room was nice and clean. Much better than some more expensive hotels where I've stayed in Charleston. Staff was super. Everyone was extremely nice. I liked having the valet service for my car also.
