“The staff were very helpful particularly Matthew on the front desk and his office colleague.”
Breakfast was good especially the buffet fruit options. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Location was good for us. We chose to be a little bit from the centre and pay for an Uber. This saved us nearly 50% on my ther more central hotel options.

“Loved the location and short walk across the street to walk the river view.”
We had coffee and muffins/fruit for breakfast. Can’t comment on full breakfast. Ladies working the coffee bar we very polite and greeted you with a smile, same goes for the bar tender in bar area and everyone working the check in desk.

“Room 210 has no view of the water or a balcony”
Booked a king room with a water view and a balcony, based off booking.coms details of the room and was charged as such. My room was 210 No balcony. No view other then the roof of the restraunts Would have spent a lot less for a different room

“Good, comfortable, clean hotel”
The hotel was great and the staff were really good. My room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The pool looked lovely and the outside area was good to sit in. Having a coffee bar was great in the morning.

“Great city break stay”
Very comfortable rooms, loved the Aqua roof terrace, good location and views overlooking the Ashley River but quite a distance if you want to visit the Historic District. The pool was great and decent size to swim in.

The person who checked us out was not able to print out a copy of the bill. I have yet to receive one. I called the hotel to make the reservation and was charged a "booking fee" by some company. Will. not use a Marriott again. Why call direct and reserve a room and be charged a booking fee. Ridiculous.
