“They worst hotel stay in my life”

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever experienced in my life. Booking.com rated it a 3 star, but it’s actually a 2 star. But I would call it a zero star. They didn’t even clean the rooms or clear out the bins. Under the bed was exceptionally filthy like it has never been cleaned. The passages were not vaccines the entire time we were there. If I could have changed hotels I would have. Booking.com misrepresents the hotel quality and standard. I was fooled

The room was clean and spacious, had fridge & microwave. Also had a nice pool.

Hotel well placed in a quiet area. Room size was ok. Breakfast was correct

Value for money and a great location only a short ride from downtown and other places like Shem creek, Sullivans island, patriots point.

Bad smell in rooms

Comfy room, bathroom clean, friendly reception, breakfast ok, just as one expects. A plus: there are no carpets as usual with Best Western, for me a source of dust and dirt. Some good restaurants within 2 mile distance.

Friendly staff, breakfast area kept clean and replenished. Small but adequate pool area. Plenty of parking. Would recommend maybe an Uber to access the city of Charleston across the bay. There is an hourly bus service from the end of the road into town ,however it’s unreliable. A few local restaurants and shops on this side of the bay.

It was amazing! Super clean! Super convenient to downtown Charleston! The staff was amazing as they provided fresh cookies for the kids. The breakfast was also amazing! Will be back!

Good location if you want to visit downtown and Sullivan's Island, kind of in the middle. Had an issue with the hot water in our room but staff fixed it right away.
