“Beautiful hotel, noisy area”
Hotel Plaza Chapala is closely located to the Malecon and lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, the beautiful garden with mature trees is located away from the road noise.

“It is a lovely Hotel..... and they offer free parking....”
The entire Staff was very polite, professional, helpful and cheery. We had a beautiful room with a king bed - The breakfast was excellent - the outdoor area is small but very relaxing with plants and trees well maintained. Walking distance to the boardwalk along Lake Chapala - enjoyed a few local restaurants - Chatterly's and Romeo and Julieta - excellent. Homemade banana bread from a vendor on the main road near Centro was fabulous.

“Amazing getaway for a couple :)”
We were able to check in early and had a room upgrade! The garden area was beautiful and relaxing, the complimentary breakfast was also awesome :) We were so happy, we didn't want to leave!

“Good place to stay while in Chapala.”
Facility is one of the nicer ones in Chapala. Beautiful grounds, centrally located, breakfast included (which I left too early for) and a very large hot tub (which I did not use).
