“Excellent location, amazing staff and great value.”
The location was perfect and very safe and walkable for our excursions. The room was perfectly clean and amenities suitable for our stay. What can I say about the staff -they were all extremely helpful and friendly. I really appreciate that they arranged a ride for us to the airport with pick up at 5:15 AM. The beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay there next time. I visit Chapala.

Breakfast and housekeeping staff were great. Breakfast was simple but good. We had nice terrace room Location was close to center but a bit noisy and contested in the street with market at our door. Limited street parking but paid parking near by.

The breakfast was very nicely prepared fresh to our order. We also enjoyed the courtyard in the evening, when it is beautifully lighted. There are orchids growing everywhere. The rooms and courtyard are located far enough from the street that we never heard any noise. This is a very charming hotel. We will stay here agian.

“Great little boutique hotel”
Wonderful staff, super helpful, efficient and friendly. We couldn't speak Spanish and they didn't speak much English, but Jonathan's use of a translating app on his phone made the communication totally fine and easy. We also very much appreciate being lent his 2 bikes on our first day there to tour around. Charming garden. Good breakfast. Our second floor room has a nice terrace, great place to sit for coffee & read Location is superb. In the center of old town, you can find fruits, groceries, medications, all sorts of things, including the central bus station, within a few minutes walking, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful when we were there.

“LA CASONA CHAPALA WAS OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!”
This hotel is a boutique hotel, very clean, located in downtown Chapala, very quiet, cozy, extremely clean rooms and common areas, high security, excellent guest service, hands on management, and my wife and I had a great vacation. We recommend La Casona Chapala hotel to anyone that wishes to have a safe and pleasant stay!
