“Exceptional hotel for anyone planning to visit Chantilly”
Great location in Chantilly, close to the Palace in one direction and to the main boulevard in the other. Welcoming staff, very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly - they even provided a dog bed with porcelain water and food bowls in the room! Beautiful rooms, spacious, quiet and private, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The Jardin d’Hiver restaurant was fantastic - we ate there two nights in a row and couldn’t fault it. The food was delicious, a very high standard and presentation Added bonus was the valet parking.

“The town is magnificent. The hotel disappointing.”
Christmas dinner was inedible. We couldn’t cut through the crust of the tart. The meat was tough. We left hungry. It was expensive for what it was. The staff seemed inexperienced that evening. We would not dine in your restaurant again. That disappointed us tremendously.
