“Great option if you need accommodation close to the airport”

I needed a place to stay a couple of nights close to the airport before my trip back to Europe, and this hotel is just a great option; it offers spacious rooms with enough space to relax and to work. There is a proper desk, nice comfy sofa and the bed is great. Breakfast is quite good. Also, there are several restaurants around the hotel for lunch and dinner. Great deal! Free shuttle from/to airport on demand. Not expensive late check-out options

“Not honest people”

It was not well kept and my bags were not locked and some items have been stolen, which I realized later. Also they charged me more than mentioned on booking.com saying it will be refunded as we charge $25 per day extra for security and till date I have not received the refund.

Staff were really helpful and accommodating. Room was big with a sitting room and sleeping area. Breakfast was simple but generous (as I was jetlagged I loved that it started early). It's possible to walk safely over to several places to buy food (not always the case at an airport hotel). Good air con and a quiet room meant I was able to catch up on sleep after my transatlantic flight.

“I feel scammed”

Hotel charged the amount for my stay of 1 night, two times to my credit card and is not answering to my messages via booking. Unprofessional.

“Horrible ! Insectes ! A fuir !”

Présence d'insectes au restaurant et dans la chambre. We had the opportunity to spend a stay in this establishment with insects both in the room and also during breakfast. A shame for the Hyatt chain and a worrying health problem, especially in the restaurant area. I was in contact with Hyatt customer service to whom I showed several photos and videos but this was taken lightly and nothing was done to resolve my problem and satisfy the customer. Never again...I plan to alert the authorities because Hyatt does not take my complaint up to the seriousness of the problem!

Nicely located near the airport (IAD). Some food options nearby. We spent the night before leaving the USA. Rooms are ok but a refreshing is definitely needed.

Although the hotel is undergoing upgrading work it doesn’t affect the workings of the hotel and after a long flight arriving at the hotel and the pleasant greetings from the hotel staff made us welcome,after a great shower we walked across the road for a meal and beer in a local restaurant

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The location was convenient. We appreciated the proximity to the airport, but also the quick drive into Washington. Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive and helpful, providing useful local recommendations and promptly addressing any requests we had. Their friendliness contributed to the positive atmosphere. The room itself was well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities. In summary, our experience was very positive, and we would consider staying here again if we return to the area. Thanks to the team for making our visit comfortable.
