great value and comfy clean rooms (slept in two different during my stay). The staff is particularly helpful and super nice in here, they scheduled a shuttle to the airport for me twice after i've checked out already, they even let me leave my luggage with them so i can enjoy the day outside before a late flight which was very much appreciated.

“Good option near Dulles Airport”
Good option near IAD Airport, with frequent shuttle service back and forth. Staff is very helpful, including the breakfast staff and also special thumbs up to Bill, who's multitasking helps the things to run smoothly at the property. The place offers a nice hot breakfast, and also has a small gym and laundry facilities opened for guests.

Air conditioner didn't work right, it stayed on all the time and none of the controls worked. We couldn't even shut it off and the room wasn't cleaned very well.

“Our #1 option for D.C. hotel stays”
Our room had a standing shower that we were pleasantly greeted with. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and shower effort and care in their jobs. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, great location.
