The bathroom had been updated. Within walking distance to Robinson's but nothing much else. Need proper blockout curtains. Staff were really friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant and stress-free experience. They arranged a shuttle to the airport as well as a pick-up from the bus station, both of which worked seamlessly. I felt truly welcomed throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel’s location was convenient – just a 12-minute walk to the river, with everything else you might need easily accessible along the way. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfort.

Located within easy walking distance of all local sights. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful (with use of google translate).

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. Best if all though, the wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend a stay here, and the location is perfect, a short stroll to the old town and riverside with its many cafe bars, boutiques and craft shops.

The room was nice and modern, location was great, and the staff are super friendly. They even called someone to come and drop off a motorbike for me and collect it the next morning. Excellent value for money.
