Located in Changani in Northern Zanzibar, We call it home - Palm Residence Kidoti offers accommodation with an infinity swimming pool with a waterfall feature. “Fabulous”
The property was absolutely stunning. The staff are incredible and cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. It is close to Kendwa and Nungwi for going out and the villa will organise taxis if you don’t have transport. If you don’t feel like going out they have a lovely menu on site which is great value. We had a wonderful barbecue one night at the villa. Thoroughly recommend this villa, it is stunning.

“Great house for a family get-together, amazing pool and helpful staff”
Amazing large house with 5 good sized double bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs seating areas and upstairs balcony with far-reaching coastal views. Gorgeous infinity pool with attractive night time lighting. Several nice areas to sit around the house and in the garden. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and on-site manager Jeremiah. They arranged a seafood braai for us and made it extra special by setting it up at the viewpoint at the bottom of the garden and decorating the table with tropical flowers. Staying in a house and hiring a car rather than staying in a resort gave us the opportunity to see more of real Zanzibar.

It took me a whole day to actually take in all the beauty and space. This villa is magnificent, spacious, cleverly engineered to give you natural light, shining throughout the house and into each room, with impressive conceptual interior design. Windows all over, designed to make the cool outdoor breeze flow through the entire villa with ease. The whole staff was friendly and so welcoming, the chef, the gardeners, the security guards, the manager and every other person there made us feel so at home. The food is so delicious, many choices on the menu, even my picky kids started eating anything and eveything on the table. They did not hesitate to answer on our demands, you could ask for something out of the property and the staff will happily provide for you. The outdoor area is magical. I have gazed into the starry sky for hours. There are pathways going down the sloped property of the villa, around the huge pool, leading to the most beautiful spot on this side of the island. The private garden and swimming pool look like it should be the main area in a full-sized hotel, I have never seen a private space this big. The trees and plants are so vigorously lush. I can literally pluck a fruit out of a papaya tree from the balcony, or smell the lime tree branches that are peeking through the master bedroom window. To sum it up, 10/10. No one will ever regret staying here, the only regret we felt was that we should have booked more time here and less time everywhere else.

The property is too beautiful than the online pictures. It is cozy and feels more homely. Very clean,staffs are very friendly and helpful credits to Hamdu and Beroo😊😊. We were a group of 17 ( adults and kids),all satisfied. We had a delicious seafood BBQ buffet,I recommend it. Thanks to the host who has been checking on us from time to time to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Indeed we had a fantastic experience and we were sad to leave. We shall visit again. I recommend this place on 💯💯💯, it is exceptional…
