I have been here before. The location is perfect and it is wonderful to live really inside the Cretan history - the house walls are extremely old. The staff - I mean these two nice and kind persons - are like family to one who is far from their own family, and the special morning coffee with interesting discussions is something I miss already. For more money you maybe can have some luxury elsewhere, but what you get here you can't have anywhere else. Thank you, and I hope I'll see you next year. Greetings from Finland!

Quiet room at the rear of a busy street. Air conditioning and fan worked well. Clean room with bedding changed every 2 days. Perfect location.

LOCATION: perfect, in the heart of the Old City. The city is very lively, so it just normal that it as noisy as well. But having the balcony and blinds closed, I could sleep well, even if I am a light sleeper. CLEANLINESS and COMFORT: I found it very clean. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and towels were exemplarily clean. The bathroom is small, but it has good ventilation and good water pressure. I ESPECIALLY LIKED - The friendliness and hospitality of Stelios and Stavroula. I especially appreciated the family stories that Stelios shared with me in the inner terrace filled by plants. - The balcony: it was great to be on the balcony in the morning, when the streets were empty, and in the evening where everything was so lively. - The combination of air conditioning and ceiling fan. which cools the air quickly. I was searching for a centrally located, clean accommodation and this one exceeded my expectations thanks to the human factor, the stories Stelios told me and his politeness.

The owners were really nice and helpful with everything. The location was perfect, in the old town close to everything. The room was really cute and clean. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely come back. Delicious orange juice:)

I booked Stelios room last minute, I had a very pleasant stay. Mr Stelios and the lovely lady ( I forgot her name), were both very welcoming and friendly. I had the pleasure of having Greek coffee every morning, made by Mr Stelios himself. The room was basic but clean, and in a great location! I will definitely come back!☺️👍

Great location in the heart of Chania old town. Every morning drinking Greek coffee with Stelios and Stavroula in the garden. Very cheap.

I like the location. It is within walking distance to the Lighthouse and the habor, A Lot of restaurants and shops around. It is very convenient for a short stay. The facility is basic but for me, it is ok for a short stay. I stayed in a double room with balcony. The room is bigger than in the photo. When reading all comments, I expect it must be very noisy but it is not actually. I closed the window and I could sleep very well, not very noisy. I would recommend this accomodation for a short stay in touristic area, near the bus station as well.

“Perfect location”

Stelios Rooms are in the perfect location. The room was clean and serviced 3 times during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the airconditioner was great! There was also an overhead fan if we needed. For what you pay the rooms are great value for money. Our host Stelios was a kind gentleman. We enjoyed having greek coffee and raki with him. It was lovely to chat with him.

The host is a very kind person, he welcomed us with coffee and snacks, there were thwo bottles of water in the fridge as a present. The location is perfect because it is near the sea and it is on the main street. The bed was small but comfortable and the bedlinen was clean.

Very close to the old town where you find many nice restaurants and cafés. The central bus station is also closeby from where you can go to all the nice beaches . Stelios is an amazing host, he made coffee in the morning and offered us homemade cookies each day. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
