There was a balance between a family-friendly environment and a luxurious stay. Relaxation, losing track of time, but at the same time there was a strong sense of the Cretan landscape.

This charming villa exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally beautiful and the pool was amazing. The villa's rate was very reasonable and we had a fantastic view of the balchony from our bedroom. WIFI was also had a great signal and it was free of course! I highly recommend this villa!

My kids loved the pool and the beds were nice and comfy. The views were stunning and location is very secluded and private. The owners and manager were helpful, polite and very accommodating. The properly is very spacious for a family of 4 and clean.

everything went as planned We had a fabulous week in the family owned Seametry Luxury Living Villa. The house was very spaciously very nice designed We felt very welcome by the nikos who advised us on things to do and where to go where to eat ( his suggestions was more than perfect ) It all felt like someone always was there for care for us for sure we will be back to Seametry Villa thank you one more time for the warm hospitaly

Excellent communication before arrival and checked on once we were at the property. Cleaning services provided as part of the package (lovely cleaner) The swimming pool was the best we have had at a villa stay. Lovely meal left for our arrival by the hosts. Very well equipped kitchen. Out of the hustle and bustle of the town and easy to get to the main road for day trips. Need a car, make sure it is not a large car as the drive way is a little narrow we had a Yaris and would not have wanted anything bigger.

I love that property was clean, most of the equipments and facilities were well kept and located in a quieter area but still accessible to the Chania’s town. The property was well maintained and looked like what was displayed in the images. The host/ property manager, Nikos was super welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Some lovely baked goods were left to welcome us was a lovely touch.

Villa was all round good value and the pool was in the sun all day which was perfect. Kitchen had everything

Amazing hospitality, the Villa was above and beyond from what we expected especially for the price. The garden with the pool was everything. Also the whole house was super clean, this was a thing that we really appreciated because for us a clean space is very important. All in all it was a great experience that we truly recommend to everyone who is going to visit Chania ❤️ I can’t hardly wait to come back 😍

It’s so peaceful and so amazing I love everything there

The villa is bright and well equipped. It is comfortable,with an excellent pool and decking area There are six sun loungers and two umbrellas provide much needed shade at times from the Crete sunshine. A large outside dining area accommodate outside eating Nikos the local manager is always available on the phone providing an excellent service without being intrusive. The villa is the only completed property in a small development and the adjoining villas are looking overrun but it does give lots of privacy.
