The hotel is beautiful and it's position on the old port is perfect - however the best thing about it is the amazing staff. Ada was fantastic and all the others too, the girl with the glasses (sorry I don't remember her name) was especially sweet. The staff really contributed to making our stay at the hotel and Crete so memorable.

“Simply perfect.”
Perfect location, with view on the ocean and the lighthouse, and on the backside one of the prettiest little alleys. Absolutely beautiful room with great lighting, a strong shower and high quality of linen, towels etc. Free water every day and a well filled minibarm, which is rare these days. As soon as I can, I will go back.

The location of the hotel is the best in Chania and maybe in Crete ,its in the center of the old harbour. The breakfast is really good! The service was PERFECT, Cristina and Anita was so Kind to us.
