We loved this accommodation. Possibly the best holiday rental ever. We have been renting AirB&B or Booking.com for many years, and this house tops our lists (in our price bracket). A well appointed detached townhouse 8 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the Venetian harbour. Large spacious rooms with very high ceilings, beautifully decorated, well appointed kitchen, dining room with a piano!, and a sitting room. Plenty of supermarkets were close by. There was free on-street parking (although sometimes just need to hunt for a space). The kitchen has absolutely every utensil one can possibly need for cooking and eating and cleaning including the washing-up liquide etc. There were various unexpected foodstuffs to welcome us that help a tired traveller after a long journey and when supermarkets are closed or you don't know yet where they are. There were tea, coffee, biscuits, fruit, bottles of water in the fridge, as well as a carafe of water with lemon, a fruit juice and even a small carafe with ouzo. In the dining room there were more drinks available. Everything was breathing hospitality, comfort and style. There were fashionable colour schemes in all the rooms and lots of decorative pieces arranged very thoughtfully on all surfaces, lots of paintings/pictures/photos on walls. There was a thoughtful combination of modern things and more traditional ones in keeping with the house period. Every room had perfectly fitting into space wardrobes, cupboards, chests of draws, bookcases, display cabinets, everything in its place. There was air-co in every room, an iron with an ironing board (which came naturally handy), plenty towels and there was everything one needed in the bathroom. The washing machine was a valuable asset. There were also extras: I had let the hosts know that I was worried about mosquitoes due to an allergy and the hosts had left electric mosquito repellent devices in the bedrooms. Top marks for hospitality!

It was better than I imagined, we had everything we needed and more. The house is beautiful, clean and stylish. I will definitely return there next year.

A great house that has absolutely everything you need in terms of appliances. Very clean and accommodating. Comfortable beds, AC unit in every room available for guests. Extra towels provided , toiletries , sun umbrella. Close enough to the old city for a stroll in the evenings. Close to some shops and supermarket. Very nice host left fruits, wine, milk, some beverages for us in the fridge and was there to welcome us. Smooth communication and easy self check -in and out.
