“A fabulous apartment in a great location that wasn’t in the old town”

A great, well equipped modern apartment with everything you need for a few days stay. Peter greeted us at the apartment, explained how everything worked and there was also a great book with restaurant recommendations. Some treats were left to eat & drink . Only a few minutes walk to a bakery, coffee shop, supermarket and a bus stop to get to the old town/harbour. Restaurants within working distance. Parking available. Niki farewelled us as we left. Highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a good holiday. Peter and Niki are very friendly and helpful, giving great tips for places to visit and eat at in the local area. Location was quiet, about 20 mins walk to the old town/habour area. Private parking was very useful.

Very friendly owners. Thank you, Niki and Peter! Apartment spacy, clean, well equipped. Located in the quiet area of town Chania. Close to tavernas, markets, bakeries, bank or ATM. Only 10 mins walk distance to the closest beach or 20 mins to the Old Town and Harbour.

“Over pleasant and relaxing, a home away from home”

The owners took good care of us during our stay making it stress free. It was spotless throughout the flat, with modern furnitures and 3 balconies. The instruction manuals are very detailed with all the useful information one would need. Our previous stay on the island were both 5 stars but somehow I prefer this one, as it felt more like a home with a bright and spacious kitchen. Definitely would like to use it again if we return.

“Excellent apartment!”

The apartment is amazing, identical with the photos. It is very well equipped, high quality appliances and essentialy everythig you neet to have a very pelaseant stay. The location is excellent, just 1.4km to the beach and 1km to the old town. Peter handed over the keys waiting for us late in the night, he did a very useful handover of the apartment with a handful book with every recomendation you might need - local and in the rest of the island. We highly recommend Peter and the apartment! Will definetely come back!

The place was very clean, spacious, and central to the main town. The hosts Niki and son Peter were very friendly and recommended great places to visit and dine. Loved our stay, would highly recommend.

The apartments are magnificent and spacious. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. They even met us in the city center and drove us to the apartments. They gave us a tour and left folders with instructions on how to use the equipment and tourist places. We liked everything.

We've just spent a lovely 9 nights at Niki's Dream apartment (Urban). We were provided with a warm welcome by Peter and his mother (who kindly bought some tasty pastries). The apartment is tastefully decorated and everything is immaculate with marble flooring throughout. All essentials provided in kitchen, and provisions supplied on arrival (shampoo/shower gel, coffee/tea, washing and dishwasher detergent etc). Peter had provided a wealth of information in a booklet, with recommendations for restaurants, sites to visit etc. The beds were big and very comfortable. Large TV with Prime and Netflix availability. Balcony was lovely to chill out on in the evenings, and as it's in a residential area, is very peaceful. Would highly recommend, and a heartfelt thanks to Peter for being a wonderful host and for all the help provided.

Peter was very nice and helpful. He is organized and professional and helped us a lot to find the right things to see and do. He was accommodating and immediately responded to an issue we had. The apartment is spotless, modern, and comfortable. There is a dedicated parking spot. We received fruits and treats on our arrival and felt very welcome.
