Great host, we were greeted with pastries and raki at our arrival. There is a supermarket close to accommodation. We had a really great time.

Access from the mail road, car garage, 2km from city centre only, bakery, store and other vital facilities within 5min walking distance. House has big balcony, 3 sleeping rooms, completely equipped kitchen, everything what you need.

After booking made, we received very detailed and useful information about the location of the house, historical sights, tourist attractions. Our early check-in request was accepted and confirmed immediately. We were welcomed by the very friendly owners - Niki and Dimitrii. They showed us the house and they had prepared a very pleasant surprise - freshly squeezed fruit juice from the garden, nuts, chocolate cakes, local raki and cold water in the fridge. The house is very spacious, comfortable and clean, well maintained over time and seems to have just been renovated - in immaculate condition. The kitchen has high-quality quipment and utilities, everything necessary for a long-term stay is available, we did not find anything missing The refrigerator is large enough for a family. The living room has large comfortable sofas, the dining table inside is majestic, radiating style and class. The bedrooms are considerably larger than traditional Cretan ones – plenty of space available for large families. Each room has air condition that works very quietly. The beds are comfortable and big. The walls are so massive and soundproofed too, that we enjoyed inviolable silence while we rested. Our kids stayed up long and got up so late that we were late for the beach. The terrace is magnificent, among lots of greenery, singing birds, benjamin trees, lemon trees, incredibly fragrant jasmine and roses. Niki and Dimitrii were extremely kind to tell and show us the most important tourist villages around Chania. We went together to a boat walk Sfakia-Loutro-Agia Roumelli and had amazing time. We visited together a folklore event in Chorafakia – Watermelon festival and got in touch with local folklore, traditions and felt the real local emotions. Folklore Cretan music, live singing and how people dance we will not forget! We rarely received such emotional holiday – incredible house, friendly people that our kids love, touch to local culture, warm hearts and smiles. Тhank you!

The situation of the house is great (near the old town) and calme. The house is clean and spacious. The air conditioning is really appreciated. The patio and the garden were also at our disposal for barbecue party. The owners are really so kind and welcome us exceptionally and are at our disposal for everything we need and every question. Don't hesitate a minute to book there: the nice pictures you seen in the site are exactly the same in real.
