“Perfect apartment in Chania old town.”

We loved our stay at La Casa Piccola. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect. It’s very comfortable and well-equipped, and we loved having breakfasts on the cute balcony. The house is right in the heart of the old town, easy walking distance from the harbour, restaurants, bus station, etc. But it’s also on a lovely quiet street and felt very private. One of the best things about our stay was how welcoming and helpful Lia was. Lia made pre-arrival and check-Im very easy for us and gave us some great recommendations of things to do in Chania. We loved our 4-night stay and could’ve happily stayed longer.

The house is beautifully designed and very functional. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The host was very helpful, and the complimentary water, wine, and snacks were a lovely surprise.

The cutest little house in Chania. It was perfect for me and my partner. The amenities were well kept and the house was very clean. It was equipped with everything you could need for a short or long stay and the communication with the host Lia was clear and efficient. She gave us great recommendations and even got us a bottle of wine and muffins from the local bakery! The location was perfect as well - still close to old harbour and near some bars, but tucked away nicely so it remains quiet, even during the day.

An absolute gem of a property which has been modernised to the highest standard. It is compact but has everything you need for a great stay including little touches like beach towels and toiletries. The location is ideal for walking into the old town and the owners Lia and Stratos were so friendly from the moment we met them on arrival and gave us fantastic recommendations for places to go and eat. Our favourite was Kouzina Epe which is very near and a great place to sample freshly cooked local specialities. Lia also bakes lovely cakes and we were lucky to be able to sample these!.

“Chania La casa Piccola”

Great location 5 mins from central bus stop, marina. Everything in walking distance. Eating away from the marina we thought was better as we got better value for money and the food we thought was of much better quality. Great host who answered questions and gave recommendations on places to eat. Would defo stay again. Spotlessly clean. Liked the little touches of having a safe. Nespresso machine with pods. Cleaning equipment. We have often been away where you have to supply your own.

Good instructions, key was in the box. Ela couldn't meet us nut popped by later. Great spot. beautiful renovation. Compact but comfy with excellent aircon and neat little kitchen. Highly recommended. We would happily stay there again.

ALL WAS TOP NOTCH. LOVELY HOME, VERY CLEAN, TASTEFULLY REFURBISHED WITH A SMALL SUNNY BALCONY AND FRONT. DEFINATELY SUITABLE FOR COUPLES.

Really cleverly designed property that has everything you need for a stay in Chania. On the edge of the old town so we were able to park close by and walk to all the bars and restaurants but really quiet at night. Beautifully clean and great communication with the host.

“Absolutely amazing”

It was in a central location, absolutely stunning house! Had everything we needed such as beach towels, phone chargers, toiletries. Owner kept in touch and were so kind, would 100% recommend this house and I will be returning

The host was super friendly and was on hand for anything I needed over whatsapp, including restaurant recommendations and organising a taxi to the airport. The property was easy to find and was a short walk from restaurants and the bay. It was clean, had all the amenities needed and spare towels and bedding. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

This was the best stay in all our trip. Comfortable, modern and well equipped, not to mention so close to the old town of Crete and all cool bars and the waterfront! This was the nicest accomodation on our trip and fit three of us very comfortably. I hope to come back here one day!

Perfect location in the centre of old town, just a few steps to the market and to the sea (access via stairs). Very well maintained, equipped and friendly, helpful host. We even got a cake and a bottle of wine when we arrived. Very cute renovated little house. Ideal for people that prefer individual accomodation.

She also left us some goodies for us on arrival which was very sweet, we will definitely stay again! The location was perfect and very close to all of the best restaurants/bars.
