Beautiful, stylish accommodation in a prime location for both old town and new town of Chania. We stayed in the studio for 2 whole weeks and the host, Giorgios, was excellent any time we needed anything. Giorgios shared his great knowledge of the local area and region with us, he was extremely helpful with any requests and acted very promptly. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, it has many original features, is very well designed with charm and traditional character combined with modern, stylish furniture and decor. The photos truly reflect the accommodation and both the studio and apartment (which we also viewed) are exactly as advertised. The balcony is lovely to sit out on with a drink and enjoy watching people passing by. Bed is very large and comfortable, air conditioning can be easily adjusted and kitchen area has everything you need. The studio has ample storage facilities and we had no trouble sleeping. Property is positioned within very easy reach of very many restaurants, bars, shops and main bus station. Giorgios very kindly offered to take us by car to beautiful Marathi Beach and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon and lunch there in his company. We have left feeling a real connection to Chania and wouldn't hesitate to return to this accommodation. We’ve had lots of Greek island holidays and this one was truly one of the best experiences and comes highly recommended!! Thank you so much Giorgios for your hospitality, we hope to stay again in the future.

The studio is at the center of the old town and a walking distance from everything. It's in the main shopping road and 5 minutes walk to the old Venetian port where everything is happening. It's located between koum kapi and bea chora beach (15 minutes walk). The studio is part of an old house renovated while keeping its Greek style and vintage tiles. It's a luxury room, the furniture is handpicked carefully and sophisticatedly. It has a kitchenette, ironing machine, AC, safe, towels etc. And a shared washing machine. We got a welcoming cheese and fruits plate and a bottle of wine. Giorgos is a great host. He is very welcoming and available when needed. He gave us advices on special spots that are very local and not touristic. He also invited us for a goodbye coffee which we highly appreciated as we met him more personally.

Perfect location. Just a few mins walk from the centre of everything, shops, restaurants, bars, historical sites. The owner was so lovely, caring and helpful. He called us numerous times to confirm that we had all we needed.

Very considered stylish accomodation. Giorgios had clearly made thoughtful choices about the renovation and what to include. The same attention to detail was given to cleanliness and making us feel welcome. We loved having breakfast or an evening drink on the balcony, but it was also a perfect location as a base for walking anywhere in central Chania, or taking bus trips out of town.

Lovely property close to everything in old town. Fantastic water pressure in shower, very helpful owner Giorgos. Top is the roof terrace with views to the mountains ( still snow capped in may ), as well as balconies on the other side of the appt for people watching. Hard to imagine there is better value in Chania.

A very nice and big room with shower room, excelent decoration. I laved the floor tiles and the lights above the nightstand tables! A very big wardrobe and a kitchen unit with mini bar also! A charming balkony facing shops, caffes and restaurants in the old town of Chania. The room is in the old town , leteraly 5-10 minutes walk from the port and the lighthouse, the most visited aria from turists. We are looking forword to book again this lovely room for our next trip to Chania!!! PS. The owner is very friendly and helpfull.

This beautiful apartment has been thoughtfully renovated to ensure a comfortable stay while preserving the heritage of the architectural features. The host was outstanding in his communication, welcome dish of Cretean food, and information resources available to learn about the area and the culture.

Simply wow! If you do care about the aesthetics and attention to the detail this place is for you. The amount of thought which has gone into the recent renovation of this beautiful place is felt in every detail. Located in the old town still having access with a car, parking can be found either on the street below or on the street nearby. Grocery shop few meters away. The host was very welcoming and gave us good tips on best places to go and where to see live music. We were a family of five and could easily and comfortably sleep in the upper flat. Duvets are provided if the temperatures outside are still on a low side. No noise outside during the night. The terrace is a wonderful addition to have a slow, peaceful breakfast or simply hang out after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped even with the milk steamer! Could easily stay for more than just a few days. All in all, can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely come back!
