“A gorgeous guest house in a beautiful town, with everything you could want or need!”

The location really could not be better- on a beautiful, quiet street in the old town- but just a few steps away from the waterfront. Lilian, our host, was so lovely and so accommodating. She even brought us a lovely Cretan breakfast part way through our trip. The facilities are excellent- three bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area AND a balcony and garden. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Everything. Beautiful house in a gorgeous street so close to everything in Old Town and pick up points. The generosity of the owners was unbelievable, with wine and treats on arrival and even delivering a traditional Cretan breakfast to us one morning. Highly recommend a stay here. Wish we'd had longer here in this beautiful house in a beautiful city.

Perfectly clean. Central location. Wonderful amenities. Great owner. Lovely little touches on arrival and during the stay. Washing machine and all kitchen appliances meant was a home from home. great WiFi and ac.

Our host Lilian is the best host we have ever experienced and we’ve stayed in a lot of houses/apartments over the years. she went above and beyond what any host has ever done. she left an amazing welcome package and even brought us a lovely gift when we left. I was very impressed. The apartment was wonderfully styled, clean and in a great location. only one problem- we really need to come back in a couple of years!

The location of the property was fantastic. It was in a central location and all shops, restaurants and amenities were within walking distance. The property itself was beautifully furnished. The beds were luxurious and we slept very comfortably throughout our stay. The property provides separate relaxation lounges, which were perfect for our family of ourselves and our two teenagers. We spent a lot of time on the terrace outside, which provided a tranquil outside space. The property was immaculately clean and very well equipped for all of our needs. The host was very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us.

Our group of 7 spent the most wonderful 6 days in Iosifinas Boutique House last month, and we couldn’t recommend it more. The house itself is fabulous, and the attention to detail from the owner really was the icing on the cake. The location is ideal if you want to be in the old town, but not be disturbed by the crowds as it is in a quieter street on the edge of the old town. The fully equipped kitchen and the air conditioners throughout the house were a blessing, and we spent a lot of time on the terrace. The house was super clean and well laid out, with everything you might need, from washing machine and iron, to hairdryers and amenity kits. The owner’s helpfulness and thoughtful gestures throughout our stay really made it a memorable stay. We hope to be back, and would highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Great property in the best location. Host was fantastic,responsive and helpful. Located in the old town of Chania so was perfect with short walks to everywhere. The refurbished rooms and bathrooms where beautiful.

An amazing property, all 6 of us would recommend using this property in the future! The host was wonderful from the beginning of the booking , offering recommendations for airport transfers and excursion recommendations! The property when we arrived was beyond the pictures! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were huge! Air con in all rooms so nothing ever felt hot! The kitchen and dining area were lovely and felt a real to eat in! We were given extra breakfast for the next morning as well as a few refreshments such as coke and beer which was a lovely welcome! Would 10/10 recommend this property and its host!

“Absolutely perfect!!”

Iosefina‘s house has been the perfect place for us: 1.) a fully renovated and fully furnished (washing machine, dishwasher, all sorts of kitchen equipment, hairdryers etc. etc.) traditional house, beautifully decorated with all sorts of additional amenities, extremly comfortable beds, super clean, spacious for six persons (3 bedrooms of which 1 is on the first floor, 1 is on the second floor and 1 is on a gallery (no doors) and 3 bathrooms of which 1 is en suite), roof terrace with lounge furniture and space for the entire family and a smaller balcony with beautiful views on the old town street and even the sea (approx. 200 m away) which we enjoyed the most; 2.) located in the old town of really beautiful (!) Chania (to us THE perfect place to explore the western part of Crete) in a street full of atmosphere (with two grocerys and some coffee shops and restaurants), very centrally located but still a minute away from the most touristic places therefore not too noisy (no cars allowed, hence you have to walk up to the house, a public parking is near by, we (end of October/beginning of November) could always find an empty space somewhere in the neighbourhood); 3.) The owner is the friendliest, most thoughtful and attentive host you can imagine (upon our late arrival she had already done some shopping for us to allow for an easy start in the morning, another day she brought us a local speciality for breakfast, late check-out permitted etc.). We can fully recommend Iosefina‘s house!!!

A perfect location in the heart of Chania old town, the layout of the accommodation is ideal so that everyone has their own space and it has been immaculately renovated with excellent facilities. The host couldn’t be more helpful and provided all that was asked for. We were really impressed.

“A perfect holiday.”

The property is perfect for a group as there were 5 of us. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and several living areas there was plenty of space. We used the roof top deck most nights. The property is in great order and the location is ideal as you have restaurants at your doorstep and the harbour is a 3 minute walk away. The host Lilian was great with food on our arrival and a few treats during our stay.

This apartment was superb in location, cleanliness, space and amenities. Lilian was a thoughtful, caring host that left complimentary goodies on arrival. We loved the keyless entry system. It meant we could pop out and do our own thing without having to worry about who had the keys. Big plus! Amazing stay!
