Perfect apartment in a perfect location! The apartment is modern, well furnished and spotlessly clean. Its best feature is its large terrace which overlooks the small marina and restaurants.

Everything was great. The location with a big patio overlooking the beach is a unique feature. Great access to beach and restaurants. The owners were available and very helpful

Fragios’s Beach house is a fantastic place to stay for anyone visiting Chania. Right on a small harbour next to a great beach with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. A big plus is the huge veranda overlooking the harbour and beach that gets the sun from 11am right through the day.

Brilliant location overlooking the beach, with a great choice of local restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean, comfortable with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach, perfect! 15 min walk into the centre of Chania Helpful host

“Fabulous beach house in Chania”

I loved everything, especially provisions being left for breakfast. I loved the layout of the house to the amazing balcony overlooking the beach & harbour. First class.

Loved the location. Feeling of home. Surrounded by beach, and incredible restaurants. Comfortable. Ending the day with a cocktail on the terrace watching the sun set in the most beautiful surroundings and country.

“Magnificent”

Highly recommended. The property was as advertised. The Balcony wow it was lovely to sit there and people watch and also watch the sunset it was beautiful a cross the road from the beach and a 10 minute walk into Chania it’s self . We walked everywhere from there . Lots of bakeries and coffee shops around and restaurants . The property was very clean . On arrival Fragios met us there to show us his lovely place . His hospitality was lovely and what a surprise in the fridge was cheeses and meets and fresh cucumbers and tomatoes and lots more . We sad to leave . But we will be back

Fragios was the prefect host and left food in the fridge and press for us to have when we arrived. The property is in an excellent location and in pristine condition. I couldn't ask for more and will definitely return.

Fragios met us at the apartment and is just the best host, very helpful and friendly. He is so thoughtful, providing us with information and a lovely welcome pack with all the basics and more. What a surprise! The apartment is just fantastic. Clean, fresh and has everything you could possibly need. This is where you want to be in Chania. Right beside the beach and a lovely marina. But take a 10 minute stroll and you are right in the middle of the Old Town. We loved it and can't wait to return, especially for the beautiful sunsets on the terrace.

Everything was perfect . The location with a wonderful view, the appartment itself, and everything you need close by you. ( 10 meters to the beach) I also would like to highlight the friendly and nice communication from Fragios. Highly appreciated everything, definately would like to come back

Super location, excellent beach and restaurants right outside the apartment, and a short walk to the old town. The apartment was very clean and it was stocked with all the amenities you would expect, and more. Fragios was very helpful and responsive with any queries we had about the apartment. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The location is amazing, the place is gorgeous with an unreal view from the balcony

Modern and comfortable apartment in an amazing location. The balcony is really big and overlooks Nea Chora but still feels quite private. Two bathrooms was also handy - and plenty of hot water. The host also left us food which was a really nice touch.
