“Memorable”

The property was spotless, met the most amazing host-Rena! She was very pleasant and we were welcomed with warmth and comfort throughout our stay. A very attentive and friendly host, always responding when we had any queries and offers alternatives where needed. The fridge was filled with fruits, bread, spreads, juices, milk and a bottle of wine (though I couldn’t drink) but I found it very accommodating, beyond our expectations. Walk to the beach was 1-2mins with plenty of restaurants and amenities. Not far from the harbour and old town too which was also a plus and close to pickup points if booking for tours! Would visit and stay again! 10/10 Thank you for making our stay even more memorable!

Location was fantastic, we got upgraded to the second floor for free which had a nice sea view. Literally 1min from the beach and some lovely cafes and restaurants. Host was amazing, very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was spotless and very modern. Included washing machine and pod coffee machine. Host provided a welcome package in the fridge with fresh food and drinks, milk and bread.

The location is excellent, just steps from Nea Chora beach, with a great selection of restaurants and bars nearby. It’s only about a 15-minute walk to Chania Port. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful food starter pack (milk, bread, butter and more) was a lovely and much-appreciated surprise. Balcony was a great spot for breakfast. Having a dedicated parking space is a real bonus, especially since street parking in the area can be a bit challenging. Eirini was incredibly kind and attentive, taking wonderful care of both my mum and me. She was always easy to reach and happy to help with anything we needed. We felt truly welcomed and would happily stay here again.

Everything! Perfect position around corner from lots of tavernas in Nea Hora and 15 mins walk to the Port old town. The property was of a high standard with excellent facilities. The hosts Rena and her son Nicholas were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The breakfast supplies and other extras were so generous, we loved it!! Thank you we will be back.

“Divine Chania”

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We felt literally at home. It has a well-equipped kitchen, with a living room that opens onto a tastefully decorated terrace. We were on the first floor, so the view was not very impressive. The owner welcomed us warmly with wine and nice refreshments in the fridge, like a real host, which is rare! The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave, an extractor hood, a stove with an oven, all the necessary cooking utensils, a kettle for coffee and tea. The bedroom is air-conditioned, and you have beach towels and an umbrella, which is a big plus! Everything you need is provided - hair dryer, iron... If you arrive earlier, it is possible to arrange luggage storage in the room on the ground floor. Parking is provided in the lobby of the building. The cleanliness is impeccable, the accommodation is very tastefully decorated, so I must have chosen the best 🥰. There is an intercom, and the internet has a good signal. Plaza Nea Chora is a 2-minute walk away, with restaurants and bars, and the center is within walking distance. Markets are a 3-minute walk away. If I'm in Chania again, I'll choose this accommodation, only a higher floor, for a better view ❤️

It was lovely to be welcomed by Rena the owner. The place was immaculately clean & she had it supplied with everything you needed. She also gave a welcoming food pack which was so much we could not finish eating before leaving. The location was fantastic, close to restaurants & a short walk to Chania Old Town. I would highly recommend this apartment.

“Exceptional stay in a perfect location!”

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Filia Luxury Apartments! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by both the accommodation and the hospitality. Rena was truly outstanding, friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Kids loved the fresh fruits and snacks provided and we enjoyed the coffee in our balcony every morning. You simply cannot ask for a better location in Chania! Just a minute away from the Nea Chora beach and only a 10-minute pleasant walk to the Chania old town. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The space was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a fully functional kitchen with quality appliances, washing machine, comfortable furnishings, and lovely decor. The apartment also featured excellent WiFi, air conditioning and comfortable bedding that ensured great nights of sleep after long days of exploring. We would definitely return to Filia Luxury Apartments and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania. It's rare to find a place that combines such a great host, perfect location, and beautiful accommodation all in one!

A fantastic city seaside apartment in a great location. A choice of beaches, walks and restaurants on the doorstep. Walking distance to Venetian harbour, bus station, and supermarkets. The apartment itself was well decorated, immaculately clean and supplied with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main balcony was a good size, private and had a really good view of the sea. Our host was kind, relaxed and professional and nothing was too much trouble.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is quite modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable visit — including plenty of coat hangers. It’s in a great location, just 12–15 minute walk to the Old Town, and 2 minutes from the beach and seaside restaurants. Our host was warm and welcoming, and we especially appreciated the generous fridge supplies after a long day of travel and a late arrival.

Beautiful and spotless apartment with balcony with sea view, lift and free parking, 2 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the Venetian harbour. Exceptional host, kind, helpful and accomodating all our demands. She left fresh fruit, basic food, water, wine and chocolates for us. The flat is very well equiped, it has everything necessary for a great holiday.

Everything was perfect, the property was clean with a lovely view from the balcony and a fully stocked fridge. The location was excellent and right on the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was great, we were a family of four (two adults and two kids) and had enough room. The owner's were friendly and contacted us in advance to make sure everything smoothly. They also arranged taxis for us from the airport to the apartment and then back again. The kitchen and washing were useful, especially with kids. Location is excellent - the beach is a couple of minutes walk away and the city centre maybe twenty mins (but it's a lovely walk along the sea front). There are plenty of restaurants around and a few small supermarkets. There is also a big supermarket on the way to the city centre.

The location was perfect, situated walking distance from the beach and the old town of Chania. The apartment was clean and modern, and the facilities were excellent! Eirinni was a wonderful host, friendly and helpful. She even organised an airport transfer for us. Cannot recommend it enough!

The location is excellent! Just 2 min walk from the beach and nice restaurants. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, with many appliances. Especially appreciated some food treats, which basically had our breakfasts covered! The host is very nice, responsive and flexible!

The apartment is excellently located: just a few minutes to the Nea Chora Beach and within a leisurely 15-minute walk to the old town and the Venetian port. The appearance and content of the apartment match the description on the website. Very nice and responsive hosts, who were always available to assist us during our stay.
