Amazing apartments that exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The pool is fantastic, and there's also a bar where you can order drinks and relax. The staff were exceptional — we lost our keys, and they responded immediately, arriving very quickly in the middle of the night to unlock the door for us. The location is perfect as well. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Excellent small hotel in lovely neighbourhood.”

Very good location - 15 minutes walk to the harbour but there are buses nearby that run very regularly for a couple of euro. Grounds are very well kept and spotlessly clean. Nice pool to cool off after a hot day sightseeing. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Generous breakfast served on the terrace.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean. Loved the location being near to the Old Town. Lovely restaurants nearby, supermarket literally next door.

It was a nice well kept modern building. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us good advice. We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have breakfast there but we advised that there was a really good restaurant next door which is one of the best on the island.

Everything! Location is great just outside Chania centre, close to amenities/restaurants etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Extremely comfortable bed and such a big space for the price, excellent value for money!

Fantastic, clean and strategically located hotel. 15 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes to the beach, with everything you might need nearby. Supermarket restaurants, coffee shops. Very beautifully maintained and decorated, cleaned daily, with a bar next to the lovely pool. Breakfast was also great and the staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. I would recommend to friends.

A very calm oasis yet just a fifteen minute stroll to the old town. Every aspect of the hotel was simply first class.The hotel staff were very engaging, considerate and helpful throughout our stay. Immaculate inside and out. Conveniently located next door to a supermarket. Our stay at Creta Elena was thoroughly delightful.

Having stayed at many Greek hotels and apartments over the last twenty odd years, Creta Elena was pretty near to the top of the list for quality of hotels. I am aware that I have given this hotel very high scores, but it really was up there. Busy area traffic wise, but laying by the pool or in your room, you wouldn't know how busy it was out the front of the hotel. Super market next door great for convenience, a couple of coffee/bars close by and restaurants. The walk into the old town / harbour, is a twenty minute stroll, you make it five minutes quicker if you were in a rush. Quality hotel and staff.

“lovely stay in Chania”

everything was perfect, the room was big enough with all the amenities that we could need, the swimming pool was lovely. the staff was helpful(they helped us book a day trip and the cab to the airport) and gave us suggestions about where to go, always smiling and super nice to us from the start till the end of our stay. the breakfast was divine, so many options!!! honestly, can thank them enough the location was perfect, in between the old town and the sea.
