Overview
Decorated with antique furniture, Casa Leone overlooks the charming Venetian Harbour and the 15th-century Faros Light House in Chania. It offers a waterfront terrace and fully air conditioned guest accommodations. Chandeliers, beamed ceilings and four-poster beds with muslin drapes are standard in most of Casa Leone’s rooms and suites. Each is furnished with tea/coffee facilities, a satellite LCD TV and a seating area. A traditional Cretan breakfast is served daily in the classic breakfast room with its large mirrors and wooden paneling. Lots of fish taverns and traditional eateries are scattered around the harbour. Guests can relax on the sun terrace or enjoy reading a book on the courtyard with it elegant fountain. A free internet computer is accessible in the lobby. Casa Leone provides car rental service and can organizes excursions. Souda Airport is 17 km away, while the nearest port is 7 km from the property. The beach, taxi and bus station are 500 metres away.

“A place to hide and rise”
The location is great. Sunrise is clear in the windows and in the evening the old Venetian harbor is at a glance. Event though is a crowded area no sonic was disturbing the sleeping. Very microscopic hotel with giant privileges.

“Not worth of the price.”
The house is in the best place in Hania. The view to the harbour is wonderful. The breakfastroom could be in a Venetian palace. The young lady, who worked in the reception is a gem. She is kind, friendly and helpful and she made us a very good breakfast.

“Room with a view (and what a view!)”
A spacious, comfortable room with a fantastic view of the harbor. The breakfast that was provided was the perfect start to my days in Chania. The lady who checked me in and asked what id like for breakfast was wonderful, she clearly had a passion for the hotel. I would be more than happy to come back here and stay again.

Gem of a small historic hotel perfectly situated on the old harbour. My room had a rooftop terrace with magnificent views. Olga was an amazing hostess. Warm, friendly, helpful and informative. She made me feel so welcome. Very comfortable bed and individually furnished room. The breakfast was excellent. Good WiFi connection.
