Fabulous location with a great view over the harbour from the apartment and the terrace . The hosts were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Handy car parking very near by.

Excellent location for visiting Chania and enjoying the Old Venetian Port. Very good early communication before and during our visit. We arrived early while apartment was being cleaned but as this was expected were able to leave luggage safely in apartment. Extremely well equipped . Unique split level layout with roof terrace a nice bonus . We were two couples with our own space and facilities. Wonderful early in morning to look out over old harbour while still very tranquil. Host helped so much with booking trips taxis and general advice all via text requests.

“An absolute gem”

Charmed beyond our expectations. Overlooking the Old Port, which is magical in itself (choose Chania pedestrian zone at the very least), we chilled on the balcony people watching, admiring the harbour, restaurants, cafes, all at our feet. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms plus a powder room (separate toilet area), great sized lounge room, washing facilities and to top it all off, we had private access to our own rooftop, also looking across the harbour to more restaurants. I’m not one to review unless I’m impressed and I was. Alba and William were so attentive and helpful. The location is truly spectacular and very well priced. The apartment was fantastic, the host had stocked up with a welcome pack on arrival, clean and tidy and extremely well presented. Situated on the harbour the views from both balconies was excellent, what a wonderful property would highly recommend

It was a unique home which had amazing character. Location was a 10 out of 10! Had beautiful views from the balcony and terrace. Restaurants and bars st your doorstep. The house was very clean. Alba and William our hosts were the best we have ever come across, always on hand when needed and Alba was very helpful with booking tours and hire of cars, the advise and knowledge and recommendations starting from which cafes are best for breakfast to dinner was exceptional as well as beautiful beaches to discover. Thank you Alba for all your help and making our stay memorable. We are looking forward to staying in your beautiful home again…

Fantastic location- it really doesn’t get any better! Brilliant views of the Old Harbour, large and comfortable home away from home with the loveliest and exceptionally generous hosts with both their time (providing numerous options for where to go, what to see) and in food supplies, and wine (even gluten free bread & wafers for me)!!! Honestly, we’ve never experienced such warmth and generosity-Alba and William go above and beyond to make their guests 100% satisfied. Truly 10/10!

“Absolutely amazing stay at Casa Alba with hosts that exceed expectations!!”

Casa Alba is incredible as are William and his sister and wife who all pitched in to make our stay in Chania AMAZING! The apartment is UNBELIEVABLE with tons of space and the most remarkable views of the port from both the roof top deck (huge) and the balcony off the living room. William met us to show us around and offered endless tips on where to go and what to see. They also helped with transfers to the airport and kept our luggage in their car while we spent the day sightseeing!! The apartment bathrooms are stocked with everything and the fridge included a lovely bottle of wine, some soft drinks, beer, lots of water AND ice cream in the freezer!! I could go on and on...suffice to say, Casa Alba is a FIND!!! The only regret I have is not staying longer (...we tried but they are fully booked) 10 on 10!

Villa Alba is a perfect place to stay for a holiday in Chania, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The outside area and balcony was particularly nice and we appreciated the fridge that was stocked with some beers, juice, water and ice tea, as well as the honey and homemade jams. The host Alba and her son William was always very helpful with recommendations. We will be back when we visit Chania again.
