Location was good for drop off/pickup. Short walk to the Venetian Harbour, restaurants and amenities. Have visited Chania several times so aware of surroundings. Instructions for entry to suites were very clear and easy. The suite we eventually had was great size. Clean, very comfortable large bed, free WiFi, TV (not many English channels), Tea/Coffee facility, Fridge and excellent shower and hot water. Cleaner was excellent! Owner of the property was very helpful and accommodating.

“Clean and comfortable”
Everything was perfect, it had everything needed and the rooms were big, comfortable and clean. The locations is good, but we couldn’t find a parking near the property, so had to park at the Kiprou street which is a bit far away from the suites.

Noisy, too much noise from the street at night. There should be prompt instructions for check-in and check-out, and more human communication instead of just messaging.
