Property is stunning. The photos don’t do it justice. But the best bit is the concierge service. First class. They booked boat trips/taxis/beach bars. And loads of little extras. I couldn’t recommend it any more.

The villa is furnished and appointed to a very high standard, our host communicated successfully by WhatsApp addressing any queries we had. The wifi and TV is modern, the washing machine works well and the gym equipment was of a high standard. There is a lot to like about this holiday stay

We liked everything about the villa: pool, table tennis, gym, hot tub, modern decor, cleanliness and facilities, literally everything down to the cutlery. Giorgos was very helpful, gave lots of recommendations for the area. Communication was easy and instantaneous. We appreciated that the villa had lots of kitchen amenities and supplies to help with self catering. The villa was such a good design, everything was perfectly arranged and placed. Everything inside and out was very high quality down to the cutlery. All appliances were working. We had a welcome pack of olive oil, wine, water, fruit, honey and raki. Thank you Giorgos! Wish we could have stayed longer!

“Relax and recharge at Belair Villas”

The most relaxing holiday I have ever had! Belair villas is a luxury villa with beautiful decor and the most relaxing surroundings you could want on your holiday. The bedrooms and beds are super luxurious and comfortable as is the living area which has wonderful furniture and beautiful light fixtures. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and there is is also a BBQ and pizza oven nearby the pool. Sunbathing was gorgeous by the pool, super tranquil with the sound of birds and scenery of mountains and lush vegetation. The pool doesn't appear to be chlorinated, instead its a sort of salt water mineral pool which is much kinder to the skin... Whatever it was, it was definitely sublime to swim in. We spent most of our days at the villa not wanting to leave - its a great place to recharge, relax and let go of any tension or worries you may have. Keeping it simple, we preferred to visit the local tavernas for food in the evenings and we managed to venture down to the harbour which was a lovely walk. If you don't want to venture too far from the villa, Chrissi Akti beach is a 5 minute drive away. This local beach with beautiful warm, clear water had a calm and tranquil atmosphere and was large enough to have your own space to relax on sun beds. The service at Belair Villas is impeccable and its the the little touches that made this stay so memorable. We were able to organise some shopping so we could have breakfast and it was all there waiting for us. I also indulged in a pedicure organised by the hosts which was lovely to receive by the pool. The hosts/holiday advisors were very approachable and informative and only a WhatsApp or phone call away. I enquired about beaches, food, taxi's etc. via WhatsApp and usually got a reply within 5 minutes. We were also given a lovely gift at the end of our stay which was a beautiful gesture. Please do not hesitate to book this villa, we loved it so much!

Super Host - nice, fast communication and support - helps with any issue or question Top Location - next supermarkets nearby (<2km) - Not far to chania central (<5km) and airport (<25km) - A lot of touristic targets reachable by car in less then 1.5 hours, e.g. balos beach (ca. 50km) - Set an a small hill, you can have a nice view of the green surroundings and you can slightly see the ocean and enjoy every sunrise and sunddown, especially from the rooftop with jacuzzi and additional dinning group Top Villa - private salt walter pool (soft water, only a little bit salty, far away from ocean water and much better than the classic chlorine water for skin and eyes) - private jacuzzi - private gym - 3x bedrooms & 3x bathrooms - airconditioner in every room - mosquito nets for every window - electric blinds for most of the windows - big barbecue area with stone ofen, gas grill and additional small fridge outside - good quality furniture especially the sunbeds and sun shades - jbl xtreme 3 bluetooth box
