“Wonderful Villa!”

This is a wonderful villa. The location is quiet, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with good quality pots, pans and dishes for cooking. Finding fruit, wine, candy and a local liquor for us in the villa was a nice surprise and we enjoyed them. Thank you! We were only 2 people but with 2 complete apartments there is plenty of room for larger groups here and it has a large off street parking area. We enjoyed breakfast on one of the patios over looking the pool in the mornings when the weather was good. The pool is cool in late April but we did go swimming a few times. The pool is big and great for swimming lengths to keep fit. The villa is nicely situated for visits to Chania, Rethymno, and many sites. The owners are kind, generous people who will meet you when you arrive. Also worth noting that there is a reasonable grocery store in the village plus restaurants and an excellent butcher in the next village to the west and a decent beach a short drive away.

“A brilliant home away from home in a stunning location”

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Allas, it truly exceeded all expectations. The villa itself is stunning and spotlessly clean, with a beautiful pool that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The BBQ area was a great addition and perfect for evenings in. Sifas, the owner, was fantastic from start to finish, incredibly responsive, helpful, and welcoming. He provided great recommendations for places to visit and eat, all of which were excellent, and also recommended a taxi service for us which worked perfectly. The location was ideal as it was just a short walk to a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and the beach, yet the villa still felt very private and peaceful. It really felt like a home away from home, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend Villa Allas to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday.

I could agree with the previous comments, so everything was as expected based on those. The owners did their best to make sure we have a pleasant stay. It all started arriving late and a bit tired, just to find out that we had an excellent dinner (shrimp pasta) waiting for us as a surprise in the villa. Yeah, some photos seem to be AI generated and I did not have a VOW effect about the villa itself especially after reading the reviews. You could always argue what there needs to be to give highest scores for everything. Like: there was no such a big terrace with a wide view to our own pool as in the photos. The interiors did not get much light from outside (a bit small windows and mainly to the shade side). The kitchen could have more space on tables and there could be more cabin space for the clothes. I have also seen flats / villas which feel more like coming to home than this one. But to be honest, it is REALLY all peanuts and maybe not even fair to mention, as everything is really GREAT. The way the owners are treating you as a guest is the most important and it made our holiday.

The property is STUNNING! Beautiful outdoor pool área and very comfortable in doors with three seperate balconies! The BBQ was super easy to use and Sifis explained how it worked very well. Can’t recommend enough. Location was also great with shops and restaurants being only a short walk away! While we were there Chania experienced a few blackouts but Sifis communicated with us clearly and told us not to worry.

Beautiful stay, I loved the pool and the garden, plenty of space to host friends and it was all clean and comfortable! Villa owner Sifis was great and his wife even generously cooked us the most delicious pasta on the first night for us to arrive to. 10/10, I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

“Perfect stay with coworkers”

Before we came to Crete, Sifis (the owner) contacted me via Whatsapp and sent me all important info. Our plane had delay and we came to villa at midnight - still Sifis was very welcoming and greeted us with his homemade liqueur :) Villa was very clean and fully equipped. Everything was perfect!

we rented a villa for 7 nights and it was the best decision. We were met upon arrival. The villa exceeded all expectations, very large, cozy and well-maintained. The cleanliness was perfect. The owner was always in touch and answered any questions. In addition, they left us fruits and wine, which was very nice of them. We were very pleased and can safely recommend this place

“An excellent villa suitable for all”

We were met at the property by the Owners Sifis and Maria also the cleaners ,welcoming us. The villa was beautiful. Can be used as two apartments 1 bedroom in one and two bedrooms in other plus Sofa beds in both. Maria kept the villa very clean. Clean towels and bedding every few days. Pool cleaned and outdoors every morning Nice touches. Fruit, Wine , cleaning products. Kitchen and outdoor bbq facilities excellent with dishwashers in and outside. Washing machines. Two bathrooms. Baby cot and highchair were excellent for our granddaughter. 10mins walk to shops and restaurants Easy bus journey to Chania, Rethimno and Georgopoulis. The little road trains offer excellent trips, we went to Lake Kouna. The men did an excursion to The Samaria Gorge. Also plenty of car hire, taxis and other excursions. Walking routes easy to find. Maria gave us excellent tips of places to visit and kept in touch by whatsapp.

Wonderful well kept villa with great facilities and amazing hosts! I won't spoil the surprise but you get looked after so well, the best experience I've had in a greek island to date and I've been here a lot!

“The perfect place to stay if you’re coming to Crete.”

The property was absolutely amazing! The views from the balcony were stunning! So much care has clearly been put into the exterior and interior design as it was all lovely. They provided all the amenities we didn’t even know we needed. The outside pool was perfect and was cleaned early every morning for our use. Upon arrival, we were shown around the villa and told how to use certain facilities like the BBQ which we used on the last night of our stay to really end off a perfect one week stay. The location is great with supermarkets, a butchers, plenty of places to eat (the food was great) and a beach all within walking distance. As there are a few hotels not too far from the area you can find plenty of stalls that sell excursions which we made great use of. Meet up points to be taken on the excursions are again all within walking distance and one excursion even picked us up straight from the villa. There is a bus stop about 15 mins away (walking) which takes you into Chania Old Town (a must visit if you come to Crete). The hospitality was great. We were so welcomed it felt like home. We aren’t the ones to visit somewhere more than once, but we definitely plan on staying here again.

“Great Villa, everything you need!”

Great villa, the owners had really thought of everything! We went as 4 adults, a baby and a toddler and and it had everything we needed. Would be just as good for teens, adults etc. Great outside BBQ and pool area, the owners and Maria couldn't be more accommodating! The villa was in an excellent location, walking distance to the beach, restaurant and shops whilst still in a quiet area. Maria also gave us great tips on where to visit

“Perfect stay.”

This was two villas in one. 3 gorgeous bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, washing machines, kettle. Coffee maker etc. 2 living areas. 3 balconies, heated pool, barbecue area with dishwasher glasses plates etc. All you need is in the villa!! Owners and staff were fabulous, very welcoming and helpful. Bottle of wine and bowl on fruit on arrival and local olive oil as a leaving gift! The pool is cleaned daily. The apartment is cleaned every few days. This was the perfect place to stay. We LOVED it.

“Affordable perfection”

There is everything to like about this property managed by a local couple, dedicated to see that their guests have a wonderful experience . A 9 minute/ 850 meter straight walk, and your feet are in the sea. Everything is maintained exceptionally well and spotless. Dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, grill, fully-equipped kitchen, parking space for at least 6 vehicles........ an immaculately maintained garden with fresh herbs and Aloe Vera (which we were invited to use). Supermarkets, bakery, gas station, butcher... all within a 5 minute walk. The kids enjoyed the heated pool which was, like everything else, kept spotless, cleaned every morning. But the cherry on the cake were the hosts who were committed to see that we had a perfect vacation. And we did. The recommendations received were spot-on, their hospitality was second to none.

“Beautiful Villa with Incredible Outdoor Area!”

The villa is beautiful - decorated with thought and a modern look. All bedding was super comfy, with aircon in each room. Pool and outdoor area is really the star of the show! Great size, loads of space, plenty of options for sunbeds and daybeds - the grill outside is a fantastic touch and we used this a few times! Amenities are great, fruit and bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch. Owners are incredibly helpful - we needed a larger taxi for 9 and this was all sorted for us. Our flight was delayed and we were offered a later checkout - fantastic hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was perfect, clean with super comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. There was was a nice bowl of fruit, bottle of wine and even a lovely meal waiting for us when we arrived because we arrived so late. The pool was great and the heating made it nice for swimming in mid-October. The contact over WhatApps with Maria was fast and easy making checking in very straight forward. The location is very good, nice and quiet, just only a short walk to the local bakery and taverna and a little bit further to the beach and supermarkets. A car is useful (but not essential) for visiting some of the local areas like wineries and lake and there is off street parking at the apartment.
