We stayed here for one week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The welcome was incredibly warm, with many thoughtful touches waiting for us: fresh fruits, a bottle of local alcohol, cakes, coffee and more. These little details immediately made us feel at home. The private parking space directly in front of the house was a huge advantage, especially in Chania where parking can sometimes be difficult. The house itself is very spacious, with perfect bedrooms, impeccable cleanliness, excellent Wi-Fi, a real large kitchen and a very convenient washing machine. It truly feels like an authentic traditional Chania house, preserving its original charm and atmosphere. And the garden… simply beautiful! Full of flowers, with large tables and chairs where we enjoyed our breakfasts every morning and relaxed with an aperitif in the evening. The hosts are fantastic: always available and responding immediately to any question or request. I come to Chania every year around early June, and this is honestly the only accommodation I have found that combines everything: authenticity, comfort, location and hospitality. Everything was perfect. The house is also within walking distance: around 15 minutes to the city center, or to a beautiful sea viewpoint (with about 800 meters uphill on the way back). Very close (around 200 meters) there is also a roundabout area with many excellent cafés where you can enjoy a freddo espresso, Greek yogurt, pastries and a typical local breakfast. We will definitely come back.

“Comfortable, value for money”

Beautiful marble and terrazzo floors, so cool to walk on in the heat. The close proximity to the red hop on/off bus (stop 6 city courthouse), mini market and cafes on the green. Breakfast food was plentiful and appreciated. We enjoyed sitting outside under cover. The family was very welcoming and offered help, just next door. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great apartment in a perfect location, 10-15 minute walk from centre of Chania. The apartment is well equipped and a great size for a group of people. Owner is lovely and was extremely helpful, would definitely recommend.

Great large apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Reaching the old town and the nearest beach was a mainly flat 10min walk. Lots of cafes and a supermarket nearby. The host family are very friendly and helpful too.

This apartment is very large and suitable for families. The rooms are well insulated and comfortable. The welcome items were appreciated. Parking was easy and safe and the location only a short walk to the Old Town. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions. We would stay here again.

Alexandra is a ten star host. This wonderful lady, with her kind heart, stayed up late to hand over the keys when our flight was two hours late. Even more, we got lost the following day when the Booking.com app sent us to the wrong street name (thanks Booking.com). The lovely lady got in her car, came to find us and drove us back. For the apartment - this has EVERYTHING you will ever need to stay long term. It was equipped with more appliances than any other apartment I have ever used. We always love holidays in Greece and this was one of the best. Private and with all the amenities not too far away. Alexandra - thank you very, very much xx
