“Perfection in old town Chania”

The apartment, location and host were absolutely perfect. Nikos was so very welcoming and incredibly kind and helpful - he pointed us to the best restaurants in Chania, where we had the most amazing food. The apartment was clean, bright, right in the heart of old town but the bedrooms were very quiet at night. Very comfortable bed and pillows! You absolutely have to stay here, thank you Nikos for such a wonderful stay.

Great location & great host

One of our best holiday experiences ever. A tasteful interior, fantastic location in old town just around the corner of the old harbor, very friendly host, a selection of oil , butter, cake and breakfast spreads in the kitchen...plus Coffee...we felt at home right away and are very sad to leave this beautiful town and apartment. The meals on the gorgeous terrace with sea view will be missed!!!!

Location was excellent and the overall appeal of the apartment was good. Bathroom was new and other amenities were a bit tired.

Great location just inside the border of the old town, meaning short walk from taxi drop off, situated in a quiet yet lively walking street. True seaview from balkony, walking distance to Venezian harbour and main city as well. We also liked the back outside area all private and shadowed from the sun when needed. Very warm welcome and communication from the host. Would come back for sure.

This is not the first time we’ve stayed at Aeria apartments we stayed there last year and knew that when we returned we would stay there again, it is romantically situated among the streets dotted with restaurants and shops with the shortest walk to the port. This would have to be one of my most favourite places in all of the world.

We had a wonderful stay at Aeria Apartments in Chania! The apartment was very nice, clean, and well furnished - from washing machine to beach umbrella - exactly what we were hoping for. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional hospitality of the owners, Nikos and Maria. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. The location was also perfect. The apartment is situated on a charming and picturesque street in the quieter western part of the old port - away from the larger crowds, yet still within walking distance to everything. One of the balconies even had a lovely view of the sea, which was a real treat. We especially appreciated how close everything was: just 2 minutes to the sea, a bakery, and plenty of coffee shops; only 10 minutes to the beach and larger, well-stocked supermarkets. There are also a few mini-markets nearby, though they’re more limited and a bit pricier. Chania itself is a beautiful town full of character, and staying at Aeria Apartments made our experience even better. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

“Stunning property in a beautiful location”

The apartment was comfortable, extremely clean and had everything we needed. the location was central and in a beautiful spot. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The cake and welcome drink was a welcoming touch. Nikos and Maria were friendly and very responsive to any queries.

Charming hosts, old school Cretan hospitality. We had to stop them doing more for us! I dont know if it will be more crowded in high season but in late May the street was not full at night in contrast with a couple of streets away. Beds firm, shower hot, didnt need air con most of the time. The balcony looks on to the street, the small terrace has no view but its sheltered and has sun during some of the day.The otherCoffee/breakfast at Folks, cocktails at Botanist, dinner at Kalderimi all 10 meters away. Pedestrian zone - no direct road access but a taxi can get to 20 metres of the end of the street. Walk down Angelou street and you are at the top of the western end of the main harbour where La Bodega has more upmarket food and wine than most but its small so book.

“Great Location, Great Experience”

The apartment is in the old town 50 metres from the entrance to the old town. It was clean and well-appointed with a small washing machine. The front of the apartment faces Theotokopoulou street with a good sized balcony. The rear of the apartment has a sizable balcony that abuts the walls of the old town. The apartment is spacious and clean with high ceilings in the main living space and kitchen. It is a walk up apartment with no elevator.

Perfect location in probably the nicest street in the old town. Nikos was also a fantastic host, super helpful and friendly
