I really enjoyed my stay here! I went to both work and time off, the place was perfect: it's central, quiet, safe and very well kept. The host was very welcoming and showed me the best places to eat close by. I'll be back :)

“Great time in Chania”

The apartment is very clean; Alexander gave us a very warm welcome and he is always there for the guests: he gave us tipps for the city and everything. The apartment has everything we need. The location is very good: in the old town and near everything. There are some bars around the corner, full of life; always have things to eat and drink.

A great location and a very well equipped apartment. Spotlessly clean and nice attention to little details. A fantastic shower. A real highlight was Alexander and his welcoming manner. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Very informative. Homemade jam, biscuits and Easter treats were very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

The apartment was comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped, with literally everything we needed! The location was convenient, and the hosts were friendly and responsive.

Great location – very close to the city centre, restaurants, cafés and bakeries. The host was extremely helpful, regularly checking if everything was okay and even treated us to homemade pastries and fruits from the garden. The apartment was clean, with enough space for two people, and had air conditioning. Despite being close to the centre, it was quite peaceful and quiet. Overall, the location was perfect.

“The Perfect Place from which to explore Chania”

We have stayed here before and the reasons for our return were: This ground floor apartment is tucked away in a small secure courtyard off Platia 1821, close to the old town with all of its sights and amenities. In spite of this, the apartment is generally quiet and feels very secluded. It is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Of all the great features of this accommodation, by far the best is Alexander, our host. Cakes, fruit, biscuits, home made preserves and (of course) Raki were left in our kitchen or brought throughout the week that we stayed. Nothing was too much trouble for Alexander, who made sure that we had everything we needed and who was always so helpful and friendly. Half way through the week, towels were changed and the apartment cleaned. It also helps that there are plenty of good places to eat nearby, as well as the best ice cream parlour in Chania.

Wonderful stay at Aelia Apartment! Our experience at Aelia Apartment in Chania was absolutely lovely. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to the old town, beaches, and great restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax. What really made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to offer great recommendations about places to visit and local spots to try. We truly felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Aelia Apartment to anyone visiting Chania!

“The perfect place for couples.”

Located in Chania Old Town, easy walk to Venetian Harbour and shopping area. You can walk everywhere from Amelia Apartments. Only a street away from a local bus stop & taxi rank. Our host, Alexander was fantastic and couldn't help enough, a true gentleman. Our apartment was a single bedroom and great for couples. If I ever make it back to Chania, I will stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at AELIA Apartments in Chania. Our host Alexander was very friendly and accommodating, and took the time to introduce us to all the facilities as well as the local area. He kindly made a restaurant reservation for us, which was much appreciated. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the location was excellent — right in the centre of the old town. Overall, a great experience — highly recommend!

A quaint homely apartment overlooking a private courtyard. Our apartment was the highest of 3 in the building and the same owner has the 2 others below. Ours featured a balcony with 180’ balcony views of the old town. Nicely refurbished with quality inclusions. Conveniently located to cafes, restaurants and other shops. Alexander, our host was very welcoming and provided lovely complementary treats including home baked cakes and cookies, home grown fruit and raki. His son-in-law Michael also provided additional assistance for us remotely.

“Best part of our entire vacation was our Chania part!”

The apartment/suite looked better in real life than the photos. The location was also 10/10, our expectations were exceeded (and we had some high hopes), so could not be happier. Alexandros was there 24/7 in case we needed anything and give us great tips about the city. Could not thank him enough!

The apartment is spacious, very clean and very nice. It is fully equipped for a longer stay. It has a balcony with a view of the garden. The location is excellent, right next to the old town and port. The host was extremely nice, there were home made cookies, fruits and rachi in our apartment. He even brought us an excellent chocolate cake made by his wife; when we arrived, he explained to us the parking rules and showed us where to find parking. Speaking of parking, we didn't have any issues finding a spot very close to the apartment every day. All in all, highly recommended, it truly exceeded our expectations.
