“Big spacious room and beds but not very hygienic.”
The beds were super comfortable and big and the family room we got was also spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The complementary breakfast in the morning was very convenient. Bidet and the multiple shower head options were great too. The room was also very quiet despite being just above ground floor. They also allowed us to leave our bags at reception while we waited for the 6pm check in.

“Great hotel for an affordable price”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were much bigger than I had expected. Everything was clean and I felt very comfortable. There is also a convenience store around the corner and there is a microwave on each level, which you can use to heat up your meal. Within a 3 minute walk, you can reach a nice platform at the bay, which has benches and allows you to have a nice view on the mountains and water. It's perfect for unwinding after a long day.

“Nice and pleasant stay. If I ever go back to Masan I will come back there c:”
The staff was extremely nice ans friendly. The rooms were massive and had a massive bathroom with a tub. There was a really nice smart TV and the bed was super comfortable. My only gripe, which isn't the hotels fault, is that because Masan is such a small city, there wasn't much to do. other than that, very good c: Also great value for money

Really well equipped rooms and best value for money in my hometown! Parking right in front of the door. We even had a dry cleaner in the room and a whirlpool! Room sizes were extra big and not usual for this price range!

It was clean and comfortable. The toiletries provided were great. Breakfast was also decent. The hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to store our bags in a back room before check in.
