All staff members were very nice. I lost my bag during check out and realized only when I was on train! They help us posted it back! The room and all facilities were very clean. Rate 10/10

“Comfortable”
Clean, nice facilities, staff was friendly and breakfast was good and there was a wide variety. Hairdryer was good too

Excellent throughout; comfortable room, quick and efficient checkin (with grateful thanks to English speaking staff, not a given in Changsha), and great spa facilities.
