Perfect location in the middle of the city. The room was very comfortable and large., Breakfasts were excellent.

I booked the 2 bedroom apartment. The living area was a good size and fairly comfortable. The kitchen was better stocked than most apartments in China. The overall hotel arrangement was pretty good.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel special. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well organized and easy to access. I especially appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property and the calm, relaxing atmosphere. The location is also ideal—convenient yet peaceful, making it perfect for both rest and exploring the area. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience.

The hotel is located in a relatively central area, with friendly staff and lovely views from the rooms, which are clean and well fitted. Overall highly recommend.

“Fantastic stay”

Am very happy with our stay. First, the staff welcomed us with a complimentary upgrade from a 2 bedder to a 3 bedder. I was told my reservation for 5 pax included breakfast for only 2 pax, which was weird and I think an issue with the way booking.com quotes the room price. In any case, the staff gave us 3 complimentary breakfast as well, which I really appreciated because many hotels will simply ask you to top up. Apartment is fairly big and new and most importantly, clean and comes with a bathtub. Beds are very comfy. There is a separate washer and dryer, which is very helpful in speeding up the daily washing and drying of clothes for our family of 5. Electrical appliances are in Chinese which is no issue for us but if one doesn't read Chinese, you can simply google translate. Service staff is in general helpful and polite. Breakfast is great, with good selection of Chinese and Western menu. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast items for both days were different.

Complimentary room upgrade and breakfast. Great view from room. Gym, pool and sauna was nice. Good location and friendly staff.

It's quite and convenient. You can find laundry on level 5. It is a plus especially if you choose to stay bit longer. Staff is reasonably friendly.

“Beautiful views”

Wonderful small apartment with views all the nightly light show across Changsha. Utterly stunning! The hotel is modern, has a nice pool (best avoided when there are swimming lessons going on there though) and is set in the city centre. The breakfast on the 43rd floor was ample, but staff were a bit rushed and did not help at first when I enquired (in Chinese) which dishes contained meat or egg. They later told me after I had eaten a bit of a ‘supposed’ vegetable dish that contained pork. 酒店：请注意有些客人吃（纯）素。请下次帮助客人找到合适的食物🫤

Booked this as it’s an international chain. Expected good service but was utterly disappointed.

Great location and really cost effective. Staff is friendly and it has a well equipped gym.
