The room was so comfortable and everyone was so nice. There are many acitivties organized and one of my friend got to sing in the common area: creating unforgetable memories!! We met some amazing friends with whom we spent the day with and discovered some amazing spots.

“Good but not as great as other Desti hostels”

Stayed with 3 diff Desti hostels. As usual, they provide superbly thick towels and a bottle mineral water for each and every day ot stay. However, this one is probably the furthest away from metro and also the shopping district. The layout of the common/reception area which is in a building different from the building which the rooms were kind of killed some of the hostel vibe in my opinion. Also the lights are lacking at the elevator to the rooms.

It's part of chain hostels and it provides solid quality and standard. Comfy beds and sleeping section. Water dispensers. Laundry are with automatic driers (not standard in China). Helpful staff. Good location. The room was clean but a bit messy. A bit too little space for luggage.

Bed was comfy and was very private because of the curtains. The lockers can be locked with the room key. There is a big laundry room. The location is great. There's a small cafe/bar and a common area on the ground floor.

“Spacious rooms and comfortable beds”

We booked 2 twin rooms. I really liked how the rooms had a small entry area where we could leave our outdoor shoes. And slip into indoor slippers. The rest of the room was up a couple of steps on a platform where the beds were. The beds felt really comfortable after our flight. The bed linens felt really clean and freshly laundered. The room was well lighted. The ensuite bathrooms were a good size, with the showers separated, so the whole bathroom didn't get wet. A long desk ran along the glass wall facing a major road, but there was practically no traffic noise (electric vehicles make a lot of difference!) There was a kettle which we really appreciated. The hostel looked new and the corridors very neat and well-equipped with a water dispenser, clean common bathrooms and lockers and indoor slippers for those staying in dorms. Quiet too. The common lounge was spacious with lots of areas to gather and enjoy activities like pool. Good vibe. We rested very well that one night and had nice noodles in a little shop a few minutes' walk from the hostel. Before the hostel staff helped us to call a taxi to take us to the train station. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Location was cool - we only stayed there one night on the way to Zhangjiajie. The staff were really cool and gave us recommendations. Didn't get to enjoy the nighttime activities but it's cool that there are some! Air conditioning in private room was good.

I was about to play with friends in Changsha, Jiao Jiao led to the room, explained very detailed is in place, carefully told the location of each region. You can play billiards in the hall on the first floor, and sometimes there are folk songs and movies. Location is also very good, close to the Xiang River, from the surrounding attractions are also very close. Changsha really has a lot of delicious food
