“Exceptional, small but very luxurious hotel”

This hotel is exceptional in architectual design, especially the interior design. Carefully selected, natural materials which fit will to the environment. Luxirous in a very elegant way. Our room had an amazing view of the frozen lake and the snow-covered alpine mountains in the background. The dinner in the Michelin star restaurant was an absolute highlight, both in terms of food quality and presentation, but also with regards to the very friendly and professional yet personal attitude of all staff.

“Luxury and decadence in every moment of this stay!”

The property location was out of this world. The views and the surrounding town were all so beautiful. The facilities were immaculate, everything felt 5 star, and the staff were all so lovely and went above and beyond to assist with any needs. Also, the restaurants pastry chef needs a special mention, her pain au chocolat was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. We will absolutely be back again! 10/10

“Perfect in every way”

Everything was perfect! Kind and welcoming staff at check-in, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and an intimate and well-designed spa. Everything felt luxurious and so much attention to detail in the design of the hotel and rooms. We had an amazing dinner at the Michelin starred restaurant. The young chef is very creative with his use of local produce. Breakfast was also of a really high standard.

It s difficult to do better. The hotel is located on a perfect spot with a great view on the lake. It had just snowed so the landscape was idyllic. Everything is brand new and each element chosen with taste. The spa is perfect with a small pool, a big jacuzzi, a resting room, sauna, hamam and massages options. From there you have a spectacular view on the lake. The restaurant experience was unreal. The quite young chef is Italian and acknowledged to be a future star. I had never eaten so well. Everything from mise en bouche to the desert was made With such care and the association of elements was very original, all with local Valais products. The room was perfect with very confortable beds and a big and beautiful bathroom. A place to go back to as soon as possible.

Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

So much thought and detail has gone into the building, interior design and facilities of this exceptional boutique hotel which appears to be brand new. It seems that no expense has been spared on quality and I can safely say it is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We booked a large suite on the 1st floor (lake side) for my husbands birthday occasion which was very spacious. Everything, from the tv's behind mirrors, to our toothbrushes being engraved, to the thoughtful extras they placed in the room for our children was wonderful. Dinner in the restaurant was also thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, exception quality and exceptional luxury hotel. Can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a special place to stay :)
