Overview
Featuring 3 south-facing terraces with a view of the mountains, this self-catering chalet is set in the ski resort of Champagny-en-Vanoise. Guests can relax in the sauna or by one of the fireplaces. Free private parking is available on site. Chalet des Trappeurs is decorated in a typical mountain style with exposed wooden beams. It is set within a large garden and features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 separate toilets, 2 living rooms and a flat-screen TV with Canal + channels. The chalet also offers 2 fully equipped kitchens and a dining area. Free Wi-Fi internet and a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer are provided for your convenience. Guests have a free access to the chalet sauna. There is a free shuttle 50 metres from the chalet to access the ski lift to La Plagne. Guests can practice Nordic skiing in Champagny le Haut, 5 km from the property. Vanoise National Park is a 20-minute drive away, where guests can enjoy hiking and cycling in summer. Moûtiers-Salins-Brides-les-Bains Train Station is 18.5 km away. Courchevel and 3 Vallées ski stations are a 20-minute drive from the property. Albertville is reached by car in 45 minutes.

“Excellent”
Fantastic setup, there was only 9 in our group and the property can sleep 15+ with ease. Spread over 3 floors it’s perfect for multi-generational families or groups of friends with a mix of adults and children. Kitchen setup is excellent and what we particularly liked was the range of kitchen equipment that made cooking for a large group easy something often overlooked by hosts of similar sized properties! NB We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub, a really nice addition with amazing views of the valley and sunset!!!

Everything - the welcome, the space, the views, the weather! It couldn't have been better for our group of 12. We all enjoyed our own space and were able to spend communal time together in the spacious living room.

“Huge Apartment, Fully equipped, Breathtaking views. - Recommended for large groups”
The house is very comfortable for large groups with many bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 kitchens super fully equipped, sauna, parking space for at least 2 cars. It was exactly how it looks in the photos. The location was very good with breathtaking views, and walking distance (10 mins uphill) to the La Plagne ski lift, if you leave the skis and ski boots to lockers at the base. Otherwise a car is needed. With a car its only 20 mins to Courchevel and 30 mins to Meribel, 3 Vallees We checked in late with no problem by picking the keys from a security box.
