We didn't stay at Bell Park. Apparently there was a problem. What we appreciated is that they got us an alternative accommodation that was of an incredible standard. They also contacted us with the new arrangements that were professional and didn't interfere with our plans. The rating is for the alternative accommodation Fernwood.

“Splendid stay on a working farm”
We spent 7 nights here and everything was lovely, the En-suite unit we stayed in was spacious and well equipped, even had a kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery and an outdoor gas stove. The complimentary rusks and biscuits were delicious. The property is well secured so walks around the beautiful garden were very relaxing. Coconut and Milo accompanied us on a few of those garden walks, they are adorable dogs. Rosemary, Heidi and John were absolutely fantastic. This was our second stay at Bell Park Self-catering and there will definitely be more. My husband Zak, and I, felt as though we were visiting family, Rosemary has such a warm and compassionate demeanour, which made us feel like we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back soon.

“Epic Holiday”
Hubby and I absolutely loved the place, the views are spectacular. Loved the fireplace and heated blankets. Old furniture adds to the ambience of the place. Very homely with everything you need. Was there for 3 nights between 4 and 6 July 2025. Lovely dogs, very friendly. Rosemary was very accommodating. Thanks for the lemons❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

“Our visit to Bell Park”
Rosemary our gracious hostess was an amazing old lady of 87! She made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived . The room was so beautiful and cosy. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment during our short stay especially listening to all Rosemary's life experiences . We felt so sad to leave after the scrumptious breakfast granny served us. We cannot wait to visit again . ❤

Not on the R 600 as advertised Trapped when rain flooded bridge Would be worse if you can’t get to venue after driving for hours as bridge flooded.
