It was awsome! Room is clean, warm, spacious and cozy. The view is striking! Breakfast was delicious with homemade food like meat, bread and jam. Owners are hospitable and responsive.

The property is very well maintained and clean. Sonia is really nice and pleasant, ready with a smile. We initially wanted to extend another night but Sonia, upon knowing the chalet was too hot for my children, asked us to head towards the mountains as it’s cooler there. She could have just take our money and earned it but she’s truly considerate towards her customers and think in their interest.

“SUPER!”

We stayed in the small chalet “Caboeutson. Really enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Delicious breakfast, good location, friendly host (Sonia), a lot of extra's on in the garden of the property (jacuzzi, sauna, goats, bbq, petanque court,...) And a very nice view on the mountains. Looking forward to coming back.

“Amazing place, peaceful location and friendly owner!”

The view is very nice. It's a quiet and peaceful place, and the goats in the garden are very cute. Breakfast was amazing, everything was either homemade or from the region and was not your typical breakfast (bonus: variety and quantity). Room was well furnished and comfortable. There's also a jacuzzi (outside) and a sauna (inside) for those who want the extra relax. It's well located, not far from anywhere interesting around and in the valley. The owner is super friendly and has good advices for where to go visit and eat.

The location was beyond my expectations. We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves a lot. Staff is extraordinary, helpful, and polite, especially Miss Sonia. She's such a nice lady. Facilities were exceptional. Especially the BBQ site. They provided wood for fire free of cost and a perfect site for BBQ. I have never seen such a peaceful place before this. The location was amazing, surrounded by mountains. Awesome experience. 👌

“Unforgettable”

I can’t tell you how blown away I was with our stay here. We actually booked this last minute as our previous accommodation cancelled on us, let me tell you that was actually the biggest blessing. My husband and I stayed here with his parents and had such an incredible stay here. Sonia is an angel. The hospitality we received here was unmatched to anywhere else we have stayed. She picked us up from the bus stop as we didn’t realise we couldn’t get taxis to the accomodation, and invited us to a raclette dinner with all homemade ingredients. Breakfast was also homemade and local and was delicious. The rooms were so clean and comfy and such cute cabins with the most amazing view. We made use of the sauna and the jacuzzi. With both of our very little French we were able to communicate as much as we could with lots of laughs in between. Sonia you made our stay unforgettable. We felt like family. Thank you xx

“Lovely”

TOP quality everything. Spotless room...and I mean insanely clean. You can use the taps as a mirror. BREAKFAST ...oh my goodness...home made everything of the highest quality. I'm not a food person, but this for me was truly a treat. Sonia, as a host, so lovely and welcoming despite my very late arrival vs early check-in request. (eary check-in very kindly agreed, but I didn't make it on time) Location is lovely. A little way up the pass...not enough to be blocked by snow (thankfully) and snow just 5 min up the pass. Parking near the accommodation. On site. Very safe. Sonia suggested a route home that was really a great idea that I did follow and enjoy. Lovely place, lovely host

“A second home”

Indeed very nice owners, always helpful and taking good care of their guests. Perfectly clean room. We especially enjoyed spacious balcony after a long day hike. Breakfast was a delicious start of the day, local ingredients, homemade jam etc. We will gladly return to this beautiful place where we felt like at home.

“Exceptional hospitality, great room, incredible breakfast”

We were greeted by Sonia - a very friendly and helpful woman. She was very accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. An amazing locally sourced/homemade breakfast was provided: a local cheese and meat plate with a lot of variety, some delicious homemade juices, fresh bread, and various jams. We were staying here right after our wedding and had several special requests - all of them were accommodated with no issues! We had a very good time, and would 100% recommend this place.

“Amazing location”

Very nice room with balcony and amazing view on mountains. Very good breakfast with local specialties. Very nice host.

“Welcoming peaceful retreat with a view”

Our room was extremely comfortable, the surroundings peaceful with a great view over the alps of the Valais. We loved the simple and clean decor of the rooms. And Sonia's breakfast was fantastic, a spread of honemade (jams, tasty dried meats) and local (cheeses, breads, Valais fruit nectars). Sonia was also very helpful in pointing us to our hiking trailheads. This is a great base for local wine and/or hiking tours.

“Superb!”

Beautiful location in the Valais region. The (newly renovated) apartment is situated in a garden with panoramic view on the mountains. A nice place to relax after hiking, sunbathing or refresh in the jacuzzi! Sonja is great and super friendly. Chamoson is nearby and offers necessary stores and nice restaurants.

“Perfect stay at Sonia’s B&B!”

Everything! We are so happy we stayed at La Tzavane! The owner, Sonia, was incredibly welcoming and kind! She even bought soy milk and margarine for me to have vegan options at breakfast. And breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams and bread from the local bakery and cheeses that (my boyfriend says) were delicious! The rooms were also perfect, recently renovated so everything is new - simple, clean, comfortable! And although we didn’t get a chance to try either one out, there is a jacuzzi and a sauna!!
