“2nd time here good overnight stopover”

Access easy off motorway ,couple of restaurants close by,mr wok Chinese buffet great value for money, very nice breakfast included in the price,

Good quiet room and surrounding area. Would have liked somewhere to eat I. The evening without getting in the car. Breakfast was good. The receptionist was lovely.

The receptionist was quite nice & helpful. The self-checkin machine was not working so I rang him.. It's quite late at night but he came and helped me to check in ..

The staff is very nice. It brightens the place and makes you feel at home. The location of the hotel is also very attractive. Great option!!

Once again the bedside lamps didn't work, and the toilet kept running water after flushing

Nothing was likeable as we arrived for manual check in and the two cards were issued. But one wouldn't work. So we were all forced to sleep in one room on the floor and bed.

Breakfast was superb. The Wifi was good and strong.

Easy to find, check in very simple. Lovely staff

I got my key through the automatic issue after stated hours. We went off to walk the dog, and then on return the key wouldn't then work and allow me / us back into the room. Thus, a long night ensued with nobody answering the phone ( I rang five or six times) and me / the wife and dog having to sleep in the car. She was furious. I got a lot of agrivation, and we weren't t able to get into the room to pick up the bags we had left before we walked the dog. The key was looked after I had it in my hand, for god sake! it just stopped working I complained to the receptionist who came in duty at 7.00am she said she could do nothing in her lowly position her boss was not there they would get back in touch remburce me for the room . Nothing has been heard. No answer, just ignored . Booking. Com also failed to answer or get involved and sent me this silly review form to fill in and pay me back ...
