Overview
This property is a 3-minute walk from the beach. Located in Chambord, Chalets et Spa Lac Saint-Jean has a public beach. You will enjoy free Wi-Fi access. Please note that children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the Nordic baths area. By road, the cottages are 6 minutes from the historic village of Val-Jalbert and 40 minutes from the Saint-Félicien zoo. The Saint-Félicien wild zoo is accessible in 40 minutes by car from the establishment. A snowmobile trail is less than a 10-minute walk from the establishment.

“Relaxing”
It was an oases to have hot spa!! The chalet had all the necessary stuff for our stay including coffee, salt and etc basics. PS: The spa is paid but it’s totally worth it, you pay once and it you can use it as long as you stay

The receptionist didn't like I didn't speak French - gave me a form to sign that was in French and then at the end handed me one that was in English.

“Fantastic spot to relax in the wilderness”
The location is right by the lake with view on to it, you can watch the colour of the lake change through out the morning and in the evening. It's near woods and the main road going around the lake. You can sometimes hear the trucks and the train which is very infrequent. There are lots of birds on the lake which was amazing.

“We enjoyed our stay”
Beautiful lake view cabin. The apartment was a bit old-fashioned but it had all the necessary things that we needed for our short stay including a baby cot or laundry room. There is a supermarket nearby (4min drive). We enjoyed an amazing sunset and had in overall a very positive experience during our family stay.

Everything. This chalet was perfect, very well equiped, nice and clean. I wish I can go again and stay longer there. The people working there left me instructions to enter my chalet since they would be already gone the time I had arrived there, which was very nice of them.

“Nice family vacation”
Loved the location and access to the beach, the comfortable, spacious and well equiped 2 bed-appartment. Loved the cakes available everyday for purchase and the on site restaurant (thursday to saturday dinner only) offers delicious food. Close to touristic attractions and chambord, the closest town has all shopping stores needed.
