“Second stay as good as the first”
Location is outstanding, we came back here partly because of the views. The staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. We love the charcuterie there. Breakfast was lovely and a great selection. Our room was clean, a proper shower, not a bath and the bed was comfortable. Balcony had amazing views.

Beautiful hotel in stunning location, exterior view is amazing. Staff were the best. Common areas are great. Rooms could do with slight up date but that is the only slight criticism.

Lovely apartment within the resort that meant we had both the benefits of self-catering as well as the amenities of the resort including outside space for a drink/ breakfast etc. Very well located for hiking straight from the door of the hotel.

“Amazing Scenic Location”
The location was great in-between the Mountains with great view and scenic location. Had free parking which was great. The Hotel was located in-between Mont-Dore and Super-Besse which made it easy for us to drive to both these places. Room was well-equipped with all necessary kitchen-ware which was really helpful during our stay. Overall, it was an amazing experience

The staff at Sancy Resort were the most helpful, friendly and accommodating people I have ever stayed with. The spa absolutely amazing with a view of the mountain. The rooms are lovely and have every for self catering if you want it.

A very comfortable hotel in a beautiful position. The staff were very helpful and several spoke excellent English.
