Overview
This 17th-century mountain house is a 10-minute drive from the Monterosa ski area. It offers rustic-style rooms with flat-screen satellite TV and a patio or balcony overlooking the Alps. Rooms at Maison Dominique are decorated with wooden floors and rustic furnishings. They provide a tea and coffee maker, and a private bathroom with hairdryer. A breakfast buffet is served every morning. Guests can relax on the sun terrace or in the garden with panoramic mountain views. The Dominique guesthouse is 10 km from the A5 motorway. The accommodation is lovely and the surrounding landscape is beautiful. Hikers have plenty of options. The owner is very kind and welcoming. Would always come back here.

The tranquillity and proximity to nature is unbeatable at this chalet. There is a river nearby as a perfect picnic location and lovely walk to do. Nica was very helpful with information on the region and some history as well as suggesting things to do and recommending restaurants a short drive away. The room was comfortable although a little smaller than usual however being in a historic Walser village you understand the space limitations. Quality of furnishings, linen and towels all great as well as comfy pillows.

“very comfortable stay”
the property is located in a tiny town with fantastic Mountain View. The room was small but very comfortable,well decorated and furnished. The landlady was nice. she gave us very useful suggestion about trekking in the area.
