“Overpriced and underwhelming”
Lets start with the good. Great food! (The best pork bbq i have had in Georgia so far) Beautiful river flowing right next to the hotel and great hiking trail. However, the service was very poor. Constantly repeating our orders and reminding the waiting staff of the drinks we ordered that never came, overpriced for the quality of room you get. The pictures of the room we booked indicated that we will have a lovely view of the river. We got there and the room they gave us was completely different. No river view but instead we had a balcony which was above the area where they parked the ATV’s and off road buggies. Extremely noisy and the smell of petrol fumes was immense. Very unpleasant. No shower mat for the bathroom so after taking a shower it was a wet mess. Water also not draining in the shower which leaves a puddle. Cheap furniture which will break any second. No mini fridge but instead a useless flat screen tv that nobody ever uses. Thankfully they left some coffee sachets. Breakfast from 10am - 12pm. Strange time as people already want to be finished that time with breakfast and go about their daily activities like hiking and zip-lining. Won’t recommend to anyone if you are looking for quality and comfort. 4/10

“East or West Park Resort Mtirala is the BEST!”
Amazing gem in adjara! Love this hotel with great atmosphere and delicious food. We had a very pleasant stay. of course quality was super, but the staff was epic! They were super friendly, ready to help 24/7. One of the best meals I have eaten in Batumi. price was quite reasonable. rooms are very well designed and very clean. Great interior, wide bright rooms, comfortable beds, great advantage that all rooms have balcony, absolutely amazing. breakfast is great.
