“Most wonderful stay in Georgia so far”

Amiran is a phenomenal host and a human being, he is your friend. He helped us every time we needed something. You just gotta experience him as a host yourself, not possible to describe it all. Massive thanks to you, Amiran, for everything. The house itself is an old family house, well maintained with everything being functional. There was plenty of space for comfortable placement of 7 people, and we could probably easily put 3 more provided they don't mind sharing a bed :) You gotta appreciate a wonderful greenery all around the house, a stellar view of Batumi on the horizon and of course, Black Sea. A few sweet cats are ready to soothe you at day and even provide some comfort at night, as one of them enjoys being in bed with humans. There are many good things about the place, location is also one of them since you are close to all the cool places you might want to check out in the region, provided you are on wheels. Overall, the value you get for what you pay is exceptional and so far this is the best stay we had in Georgia so far.

Very hospitable and helpful host and beautiful fruit garden around the complex. Close to the beach - taking a shortcut it's just 500m.

Great, big property surrounded with greenness. Nice interior, big rooms, comfortable beds, shower, lavatory all are in good state.

Easy to reach, located by the main road. Very close to the beach. Amiran is a very kind and helpful host. The area is green and lush. You have your own kitchen and bathroom in the apartment.

Very good location. 10 min from the beach and that is a beach that is very far from being crowded, that means one guest/group for every 50m. So, if you are looking for that, consider this place. You can also see the sea side from the guesthouse, that is on a hill, but unfortunately the view is mostly hidden by some bushes. They have cats in the garden, which my children loved so much. The host is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful nature, a lovely host who provides us with a complimentary bottle of wine and fruits, a small garden to ourselves and great comfort in the little cabin. Despite the rainy weather, it was a beautiful experience to stay there and we both enjoyed it a lot.
