“Great communication, location, and friendly staff.”

The managers are great. We had to check in at 4 am as our ferry was late. Everything was taken care of for easy access to our room, and they even had the heat on!

Different price from that booked on Bookings. Price on bookings was in CHP which the host translated to $ then back to CHP and arrived at quite a higher price than booked. Limited breakfast.

A clean and comfy place to stay in Chaitén. Our room had a big bathroom, a very nice bed and fast Wifi. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Lovely hosts! Clean and comfortable room with a good shower. The hotel was perfectly located to walk into town or up to the nearby mirador. We also loved the breakfast. Also accepts card payments and offers laundry services which was an added bonus.

We had a lovely stay in Paraíso Patagónico! We arrived late due to the ferry but waited up for our arrival despite the late hour. Room was really cosy and warm. Breakfast was great.

Due to no fault of our own, our travel arrangements change drastically meaning we would be arriving to the hotel at 2 am. Even though we were the only guests, Vanessa waited up for us and welcomed us with a smile. Considering there are no other hotels open anywhere near – we are extremely grateful for her kindness. The room is extremely comfortable with an ensuite and luxurious beds and bedding. The pictures do not do it justice and there was a delicious warm breakfast waiting for us in the morning too

“Basic but fine”

The beds were great and the shower was very nice and clean. There was plenty of space to park the car in front of the hotel. Breakfast was simple but fine.

Don't stay here if you need a reliable place to stay. The hotel canceled my reservation on me at the last minute, leaving me without a place to stay for the night. When I booked it over a week beforehand, I let the hotel know I would arrive late in the day because of the ferry schedule and was assured that it was okay. However, the hotel e-mailed me the morning of my stay asking me to confirm that I was coming. As you can imagine, I was busy traveling, and when I responded a few hours later, I was told that they had given away my reservation due to my lack of communication. That's some extremely poor service to expect someone who's paid for a reservation to confirm it at all, let alone within a few hours!

“Warm & Comfortable Home Stay”

You're essentially staying in somebodies home and it feels that way throughout, Mercedes and Tino are incredibly warm and welcoming. We had a language barrier as my Spanish is rubbish but you were always able to understand them through their big smiles. Wifi worked great as I had to do work whilst there, Breakfast was superb. The dogs they have (always outside) are an added bonus they're adorable. Honestly, not a fault. I loved it.

The staff was very nice. We arrived with two extra adults for a two bedroom unit. The staff welcoming us said that they would bring in a rollaway bed.

Very friendly and helpful even though the language was a barrier. So close to the ferry and they waited up for us even though we arrived so late.
