The room wasn't as described The feature was meant to be a hot tub but it didn't exist. If it was the bath then it was far too small, really crap. One day we had to ask for the room to be cleaned No safe deposit box No telephone in the room to contact reception

“Excellent as always but disappointed the restaurant was shut”
We stay here regularly as a stop off point between Chiang Mai and Prachuap Khiri Khan. Always rate as 5* taking everything into account and it offers fantastic value for money.

Everything. I'm definitely staying here every time I stay in Chai Nat. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thai-style breakfasts were great. The housekeeping team were above and beyond expectations. Definitely my go-to hotel for Chai Nat!

“Best value for money hotel!”
It is the perfect overnight stay on a road trip from Chiang Mai to Hua Hin. After a 500 km drive, park the car, relax in the comfortable room and have a reasonably priced delicious meal at the on-site riverside restaurant. Great sleep in a very quiet room and a great breakfast catering to Thai and Western tastes. We were the only foreigners staying there but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably helped that we can both speak a fair amount of Thai.
